    I have watches so many videos on RUclips on handstands and I must say that your content is the most comprehensive and helpful of all. It covers each and every aspect that a beginner like me needs to abide by to get the best possible results and avoid injuries. I am already progressing really fast and your content has a big role in it.

    • @kaloyansl
      @kaloyansl 6 лет назад +2

      This is so wrong. You can improve always. Even with injuries, the trick is to not overdue the streches and mobility work at the beginning and the most important. Do not get upset it takes months. I've been working on different aspects of my mobility and its taking months and months, slow improvement but i can feel it and it is great. For some persons they are getting quick progress but for some of me it really needs dedication

    1. You mention we have to engage the TVA In the hollow body position. What do you mean by that, how do we engage it?
    2. Would you consider doing A wheel / back bridge tutorial? Talk about how to achieve it, and maybe making A follow A long as with the handstand!
    Cheers man, and great job, youre really inspirering and its calming to hear you talk and watch you wor!

Muchas gracias! espero poder aguantar pronto unos 20s de handstand.

    Thanks again gabo! I dont know why but the handstand is such a difficult movement for me. I can do muscle ups, front levers and even some one arm pull ups, but when it comes to hs i feel like im never going to be able to learn it. Of course im able to hold it sometimes, even with a proper form, but only after kicking up a million times. And ive injured myself twice because of it and its really frustrating. Anyways, sorry for the long comment and thanks once more for this series! Greetings from Brasil!

    Yes that was the final Gabo and another great video. I'm currently working exactly on my shoulder mobility having exactly the problem you are talking here about. It's great thanks. For the next video really i think maybe its better then to go to more strength elements like handstand pushups with their progression and what is the proper way of positioning the arms and the body and then i guess might follow the other press to hand stand and so on.

    Hey! One question. You showed how test our shoulder mobility, but it wasn't clear for me how to, doing this test, we can know if we don't have enough mobility. Should we be able to touch the wall with our hands while keeping the back touching the wall? Or is that too much?
    Thanks for the answer and congrats for your videos, they are really helpful :D

    • @SaturnoMovement

    I'm a new subscriber. Love your content on handstand, core exercises, and hamstring stretches. One thing that I think hasn't been touched upon re: handstand is wrist flexibility and the extent to which not having it could cause one to not be able to practice exercises such as the crow (because wrists can't bear the weight of the body if they hurt). Could you discuss this and recommend exercises? Thanks.

    Hello Gabo! O buenas tardes. :) Primero de todo gracias por tus videos, your guidance, your instructions and explanations. I have done your yoga challenge.. actually today will be the last day. My impression is that you are one of the puuuuuurest souls out there. Can't remember when I saw that for the last time.. (Pablo Alboran, that type of pure souls..) What I mean by this, is that you are like an angel with such a pure energy. At least that is my impression, so I wanted to write it down. I don't give compliments, just like that, always mean what I speak, and vice versa. I have no clue how I have ended up on your chanel, must be because I am practicing yoga (at least I'm trying to), so I look for new challenges. Not a lot yoga teachers that I like or follow, and now, you are one of them (I love boho beautiful, flow with adee and now you). So I just wanted to drop a line (hahah couple of them), to support you, to say: please stay like that, we need more pure energies in the world, and people who stay humble no matter what. Soy de Serbia, pero vivo en España y te mando un abrazo muy fuerte y una vez más, gracias por todo! El mio reto siguiente será: handstands.. oops, and I can tell you that I am complete beginner, osea I cant do not even push up (only with my knees bended) :)))). 💙

      wow wow wow! Te mando un abrazo and lets get tha handstand this year, si? :)
