    Unbelievable!, I hurt my shoulder 3 days ago and told myself "I have to bulletproof my shoulders, I am sick of this"

    I am 57 and after seeing ur workout on RUclips i do training 5 day a week but i really need to get more flexible all round so i will keep follow and help i can get better in my flexibility

      Exactly, doing just this (and overhead rotations with a 5k plate/sword to get shoulders warm) saves me days of pain.

    I found using a strong band help me more during the tight areas as I would work back and forth for a 3-5 seconds each time 👍

    You have no idea what a blessing your trainings are. I am a swimmer and like many swimmer I have problems with my shoulders and over internal rotation. It is reall y very, very helpful to have some help at home, especially in the frame of yoga sequences. could you do something for swimmers, to do after the workout to stretch and make shoulders stable maybe?     Just found this today. It is like a dream come true! I had absolutely no shoulder range of motion, so I'm beginning with the band and following directions step by step. I have subscribed and will take in your other videos. Many thanks for your incredible work!

    My right shoulder has significant less range of motion than the left. Thanks for the video. There are tons of video out there for muscle building, but not many high quality one on flexibility and mobility.

    Hola Gabo, una pregunta, cuando realizo el movimiento lo más amplio que puedo con un palo de escoba, llego a un punto cuando estoy atrás, que el agarre de las muñecas se empieza a modificar y a soltarse los dedos y termino agarrando el palo con el dedo pulgar y el índice, es recomendable bajarlo hasta ese rango o lo mantengo hasta la altura en que mis dedos no se suelten ? qué parte de mi cuerpo puedo estirar para favorecer esa flexbilidad ?

    Really appreciate this video. I like the speed and detail of explanation as well as the different variations. My shoulders and/or upper body in general is super tight so after passing my head my arms start to go parallel with my body (instead of back) and the bar is right up against my back. Gonna check out your other shoulder mobility videos and start with those as suggested. Thanks!

      do it with a band and progress to a stick, it can take several week or even months before you are ready to do it with a stick

    Gabo, please post a video on Plantar facitis streches, I play soccer and when i come pack from the game, the bottom of my feet hurt a lot, heels.Make it a long and a full workout that i can do , even 40 min is fine

    Edit: I noticed that everytime I do this exercise, I unconsciously apply a force outwardly directed (expecially in the central part of the movement, when my hands overcome the head to go behind it ). So if I replaced the stick with a band, this force would elongate the band. Is it normal, or should I use a wider grip?

      Great question! If the end of the stick is not long enough to execute the move without pain, it is best to start with a band and progressively move toward the stick! - Juan SM. Support Team

    Love the incorporation of the bamboo stick with the little weight.
    I usually train with an elastic band passing under my feet and in the middle of the stick and pull it up like you 🌞

      It's a big difference but if you feel any discomfort with the stick whatsoever, stick with the band until you progressively move to the stick. You got this! - Juan SM Support Team

    Thanks for the video. I had shoulder impingement. Started doing face pulls, and added more external grip exercises. Pain is completely gone and doing barbell bench presses again with no issues. I cut a piece of PVC pipe and am following your advice.

      Hey could you tell me what external moves you did. And how often did you stretch or workout? Tryna get rid of my impingement too but it has been a slow journey. So im happy to see there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

    I did try lot of yoga videos but couldn’t keep following it was not bad though but you flexibility mobility videos helped me a lot main the “quad stretch” I do it everyday before my workout I don’t feel much pain in my lower back thank you so much

    Hello I have acute shoulder problems (after a lifetime of exercise). Problem: I can still bench press over 100lb for reps but if I try to do even 1 standard push up it is extremely painful at the back of BOTH shoulders. Any ideas please.

    I have a shoulder injury in my left shoulder
    It gets dislocated each time i do high pressure activity.
    It pops out feels painful and i stop doing my favorite activities and sports.
