I think Mindy's idea is great. I stayed at an air b n b which had four units. The owner lived in one. These airline people could be a great fit. You could have someone come in and clean up and prepare the units. You could have someone manage the units. You would basically live there for nothing while the other three units were paying the mortgage and expenses.
They won't take my plasma. I had convulsions when I was a kid and that makes me a no-go for them. It's not that something is wrong with my plasma, but the chances of me having an adverse response to donating the plasma is greater than the general population, so they see me as a litigation risk.
Oh man this guy! Talk about staying positive in a bummer situation!! He could be super successful with a house hack for sure! It reminds me of all the military guys buying rentals in almost every place they are posted.
