Nicol's recovery movement impeded Laura's play, which would normally be cause for a let. I believe a stroke is given here because the ball was loose, and a potentially winning opportunity for Laura.
Watching this in 2019..Laura is rude and is not a sportsman. Cheapskate attitude to get points and bad mouth to derail the opponent. Nicole held her ground and can't be bothered with this sore loser Laura.
