TOCA: 1,2,3 were good games before became GRID, because I liked most the older title than the new. This was more interesting already that Grid is most focused in the Arcady Driving, than Simulation like Gran Turismo and NASCAR Heat.
Playing TRD3 on PCSX2 emulator - one hell of a pure racing game. Modern ones don't even come close to this fun). Maybe Forza Motorsport 3 is also okay.

Toca: World Touring Cars was the first game i ever played. It holds an immense amound of nostalgia to me.

With Grid starts the decline. The games before are made for motorsport fans. The games after try to appeal to the NFS audience too.

TOCA isn’t DTM. It is BTCC
the german release of TOCA race driver was renamed to DTM race driver, thats why (DTM) is in the title
