- In this video, I am showing how to treat tuna saku that I buy from a store.
Also, I'm sharing the nikiri soy sauce recipe. Fish tastes so much better with the nikiri soy sauce.
I didn't mention it in the video but I never freeze tuna. Once you freeze tuna, the meat becomes soggy and less flavorful.

This is yet another awesome video by you. Thank you for sharing all this great information. I have been eating sushi since 1979 and never knew that you press your thumb into the rice ball before. wrapping fish on the rice! Completely blew my mind. Lol. 👏👏👏👏👏
That's the trick many Japanese sushi chefs do. That way, the rice doesn't break when holding it with chopsticks but breaks apart easily once you put it in your mouth.😊
