Do i maybe have to warm up the algorithm first? i.e When joining a group, adding friends from the group first and commenting/reacting on posts and then posting myself? Or whats the best thing to do here to get engagement?

Whoa! You hit a good question! I am starting a business. I decided to check out what Facebook is all about. I discovered the same thing you did. We are not allowed to join groups to promote our business. Also, my ads will not appear to my key demographic until my demographic through some miracle decides to search my key words. . For example. When I go on Marketplace, I don’t see any ads for a plumber or electrician running a special. or a landscaper etc etc etc. What’s the sense of Facebook, I just don’t see the potential. Also - Am I supposed to join group after group making fake friends? Seems to me old fashioned mailing to home addresses is the much better idea to advertise.
I got flagged by facebook, does it affect your algorithm? because I used to have 1 million reached per stream but after got flagged it drop down to 50k.. how to recover from this situation? pls help
Getting flagged can impact your reach, but overtime, this is repairable! Keep the content coming and do your best to follow guidelines to prevent being flagged again
Recorded livestream videos or uploaded videos - which one does the YT algorithm prefers? Been doing (daily) livestream in youtube and TBH, Im not quite happy about the reach and engagement of the recorded video after the livestream.

I did! I've run many real estate campaigns on FB. My agency manages Google ad campaigns specifically for realtor lead generation as well.
