Lisa is actually hilarious 🤣. Not sure what I was expecting but she is so normal, laidback which made the chemistry with the lads so organic. Nice to see a legend on your sofa 🛋️. Keep it up lads . ❤
I love this interview. I’ve never watched an interview of Lisa before. This interview showed she’s such a pure & genuine person. Keep up the great work boys! ❤
at 11:33 I was reminded that these man are in fact 90s babies LMFAO! They way you guys didn't know how to record over an old cassette tape, and the shock when Lisa told them lol
Another business Lisa Mafia had was a record label or management company that had Northstar which obviously had the likes of Young Spray. Truss Lisa Mafia is an icon in this ting.
It definitely called Fruity Loops. That's many people's starting point either that or Reason. But Logic and Cubase were serious tingz. That's where it really becomes sounding professional.
You already know this will be a so solid interview. Honestly it's great to see Liiiiiiiiiiissssssaa Mafia member soldier aka First Lady...so solid facts or so solid truth?
🗣️🎧🎙️🎤LIIIIIISSSSAAAAAA MAFFIA!!!!!!!!! Remember what I told ya imma soilder drop this in the club and it's all over it's all ooovvveeeeerrrr it's all ooovvveeeeerrrr⏯️🎶🎵🎼🎼
I ain't even watched this whole episode yet but I fully fully agree without So Solid they is no Grime they definitely played a massive part in that go back and listen to their album They Don't Know you'll see what I'm talking about!
So Solid played a part, but not a massive one unlike Pay As U Go or Heartless. Those Eskimo Dances are proof because when Grime was becoming official, So Solid ran off to do Hip-Hop lol. That's how you know Pay As U Go and other main East Crews are the pioneers.
I love Lisa Mafia, my childhood legend. 🎉 I wish there was more structure to her interview as she is a UK ICON, and you guys were just going off head and missing intricate info or angles of this talent. I'm critical because she is my era, and the privilege you all had to really unfold all areas of her work and history pioneering UK music scene was not executed well, and that disappointed me. But I get it. You guys are fans too, so maybe you were just in awe. Lisa needs to come back or so because I feel a lot was missed out. ❤
Lisa So Solid Crew & UK 🇬🇧 Legend in the building JHEEEZEEE COME ON ‼️💪🏆🥇🏅🎖️💯💃🪩🕺 FELLOW GEMINI♊ 💎 ❕❗ Congrats to Chelsea being a Mother & congrats to Lisa being a Grandma tbh she doesn't look old enough to be a Nan!!!!!!🥰👼😇🥰 I know VP & Temi are from Kennington but where's Fred from again I can't remember if it's Woolwich, Waterloo or Walworth?🤔💭
I've got respect for Lisa Maffia, but she is wrong. The 'birth of Grime' happened when So Solid left the scene to do Hip-Hop. It was Pay As U Go Crew, More Fire Crew and other crews from East London that birthed the genre. If So Solid didn't leg it, then maybe. Heartless Crew clashing Pay As U Go was the pinnacle transition.
Rah Lisa Maffia is a grandmother you know 😭 you know when your gaining age for real

I didn't know that either tbh 😭😭😭
To be fair, I always had fresh ones lying around, my music life with cassettes was brief as CDs were already becoming a thing
