MASTERCLASSES- INTENSIVE INDIVIDUAL WORK
Each student will receive at least 4 individual lessons of 60 minutes.
Every morning, the public masterclasses will be held in the inspiring salons of the Société de Lecture, the Barbier-Mueller Museum, and the Conservatoire Populaire de Musique.
All sites are ideally located in the beautiful old city of Geneva. Two collaborative pianists will be available for the lessons when required.
CHAMBER MUSIC
Every afternoon, students get to collaborate with the faculty in chamber music. Chamber groups are formed by the academy, including at least one faculty member in each group. Students are welcome to suggest repertoire.
CONCERTS
Several concerts are organized in order to give each participant the opportunity to perform as a soloist and in chamber music groups.
FORMED ENSEMBLES
The Geneva International String Academy is open to already formed string quartets. Members of the quartets will get chamber music coaching with the faculty.
ALL ADMITTED PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A FULL SCHOLARSHIP AND ACCOMODATION.
With the generous support of Jouvence, Pilet & Renaud and Stadler-Trier Music Foundation
