The late 2013 - 2015 tutorial world is iconic, especially featuring references to a bunch of Minecraft pop culture such as having a hidden Tower of Pimps inside a desert temple.
That Xbox 360 in the beginning of the video with the Minecraft xbox 360 disc gave me so much nostalgia man.

Xbox 360/PS3 versions came at a time where most kids didn't have smartphones and often weren't allowed to download things on PC either, so anybody who first hit Minecraft playing age in 2012-2015 has a good chance of having started on legacy console.
I wish they’d bring back tutorial worlds even just as like market place maps
Honestly think that people DO have newer devices they can play Minecraft on but still choose to play this version because it's better
it's such a shame that console edition had the best version of so many Minecraft features, like the Elytra, Minecarts, and movement in creative mode, and all that work put into improving the game was thrown away by Microsoft
I was a huge fan of Stampy and also played the tutorial word with the castle so much, it never occurred to be to venture out though so I never found his house. It's a big regret to my past self, I would have loved to have just stumbled across it back then.

@@Tornado2409 You realize with game development they already have a lot of content? In game development you NEVER want to overwhelm the player with content, and with slower updates they make it less buggy, balanced, etc. I have a theory too, with the warden,mace,and maybe portal they are prepping for a new dimension which is super hard but rewarding. There are also rumors of an end update.

they definitely aren't doing anything about the absolute plague of bugs in Bedrock
I learned about Fallout for the first time through the Fallout mash-up pack when it was released.
And actually one of the last things I built when I played on the console edition before changing to Bedrock edition was a big Vault.
My favorite mash-up worlds were the mythology ones.

Tu11 is by far the most popular among the people I know. It was the version that came with the 2013 physical copy of the game

i remember looking forward to doing things for my family to earn towards being able to get some on the PS3 edition back then (it was switching to ps4 back then but never got that console)
The old minigames were one of the best parts of old console in my opinion, I miss the fun I had in them

I think you should take a look at the Re-Consle modpack for Java, it looks really like Console Edition, the tutorial world is here, you can make worlds with custom generation and the creative flying is here (but the mini-games aren't here...)
Man how nostalgic… I remember watching your videos when I was only 8 before I even had a google account in the public library. We had an Xbox 360 at home too. 11 years, 11 moves and 3 countries later, here I still am, and I still get to look forward to your videos all the time. So glad you still post! Your Channel and Minecraft have been one of the few consistent things in life, and it’s nice to see that someone from back then also still loves the game and has gone on the same journey.❤
This defined my childhood from age 5 - 12, I believe my first tutorial world was tu 11 - 12. but I reckon I started playing in 2012. THE MEMORIES! I just bought a copy of Minecraft Xbox 1 edition and started playing the minigames online. It's a blast. I think one of my favorite thing to do, to this day is to hop on my 360 and look at old worlds.

Minecraft Xbox 360 fovever shaped a generation of kids like me growing up. All the memories makes me genuinely grateful and nostalgic. From survival world with friends, making custom mini games of my own in creative and having a blast with online friends, the TU updates as they were releasing. Forever a masterpiece version of Minecraft.
I recently got all achievements and still occasionally come back to play Glide on my PS3, it’s such and amazing feeling when someone on your skill level or better joins and it’s a close race, also when you spectate people and they show you shortcuts you didn’t know about, it’s awesome :D
i remember the first time i played minecraft. it was in 2014 and i was playing with my brother. i played mainly on two worlds, one was a survival near a beach, i didn't know how to play so i slept on a tree. also i stole stuff from my brother by mining with my hands through a mountain to find his base, then steal iron. the second one was a creative world, when i was often raging, too dumb to realize that bedrock (or adminium that was the old french name) was TNT-resistant

Man the memories I have of going over to my friends place next door and playing Minecraft 360 was so nostalgic. We found a cool seed that we always played on when we would start a new world.

Having switched versions a few years back for the Xbox One, I still miss how much faster the minecarts were on the 360 edition. I used to really enjoy long train rides, but now they simply take too long and don't have the same roller coaster feel.

Did you see the crazy swap in quality when they transitioned at 18:44? I was so confused, like everything got so much darker and richer, the cove world looked unusual
I first played in Summer of 2012 when our public library had the game free to play on the computers. But my first ever time owning the game came in 2013 when I got it for Xbox 360 for my 13th birthday.
I miss these minigames so much... They even had voice chat, which is really really cool in my opinion

Even though I’m more used to the Bedrock version I will always prefer the old version. I have so many memories playing the Legacy edition, especially Battle mode. I wish they continued updating this version.
i remember when the xbox one came out i had a friend i used to always play with and the next day he was going to go buy the console and play MC on that but i couldn't afford to, so we spent the day hanging out and our day ended with us in mermaid skins in a tree top "hot tub" chatting and saying good bye :,)

I played minecraft Xbox 360 edition for the longest time, and i still have the original Disc for minecraft ps4 edition that i bought over 6 years ago. I play java edition now but man console edition was something else

I got introduced via the yogscast and played Java, and never even had an Xbox. I do have fond memories though of the couple of friends I had with Minecraft for the Xbox, it was the only non phone version at the time where I had friends to play with in multiplayer. I remember one time making a diamond hoe and thinking it was a scythe, not understanding why it did so little damage

There was a seed called coolpig or cool pig it had a custom structure i remember it being on the 360 version ( this isn't even a joke i dont have the game anymore to prove it but with anyone who has the game maybe they can try. Unless they removed it)

I am still so mad about the legacy edition of Minecraft being replaced, like it’s such a better version than bedrock, but I guess it might not feel as special if it was.
If you want to find a great lobby in legacy console edition the ps-vita edition of the game always has some lively lobbies in my experience :)

But I never actually completed in killing the ender dragon on the console edition (I’ve done it in bedrock and Java), I never really finished it because my Xbox would constantly freeze which just put me off
