Sir I guess we have to bar the e and b string to get that sound of fmajor because the sound is not the same which you are playing. Can you help?

You should hear identical sounds for F open and F bar, unless you're listening it side by side or one after another...I'm doing nothing different...just playing the F open chord..check the tuning of your guitar once and try it again..I'm sure you will get it..all the best 👍 😊

Yeah..just put the capo on the 3rd fret and chords changes as follows
F > D
Bb > G
C > A
