My argument for you with regards to fiend winning the title is that even Undertaker was a supernatural character who technically didn't need the title. But he did win many titles and so in the same way, I am happy with the fiend winning the title
i still don't think the jimmy turn was that bad. his turn was shelfish and that's the point i feel like. Also RIP Bray, my favorite superstar for life.
Jimmy turning on Jey made sense. Jey staying w/ Jimmy as a team showed they were equals but Jey wanted the tribal chief still and Jimmy was still jealous of that.
Putting former champions in the Rumble isn't a terrible idea but actually winning it I didn't like that but if it continued a rivalry it makes a little bit of sense but you don't win it the PPV before. That's just dumb. So you are absolutely right on that too.
I agree it was seeing Brock winning Money in the Bank when he didn't need to win it at all he was placed in the match at the very last minute robbing Mustafa Ali of a big push for him, to this day I'm still angry about that! 😡😡😡😡😡
The point of having Goldberg beating the fiend was so that they could do the almighty “spear vs spear” match of Goldberg vs Roman at mania for the belt, which obviously didn’t happen do to Roman’s hiatus during the beginning of the pandemic. I don’t think that’s the most awful thing that could ever happen but the problem lies once again in the fact that the fiend was put in the title picture in the first place. People would’ve been a lot less upset if Seth was the one to job to Goldberg, but the fact that a) it was the fiends first loss and b) it showed that the all powerful otherworldly fiend could be defeated by a 60 year old part timer that couldn’t hit his finisher is why that match is so bad and hated.
@pleaseshutup7053 Honestly during the official PG Era, HIAC matches weren't all that bad. At best they could be great, at worst they were boring. 2018 and 2019 were part of the New Era... whatever that means.
Here’s my opinion on Kurt angle vs Corbin. In the wise words of John Cena himself “ control the controllable” it was the right thing to do. What wasn’t right is that they went with king Corbin and not back to lone wolf with a championship Corbin.
The match that makes me feel sick to my stomach every time I think of it is Jinder Mahal beating Shinsuke Nakamura for the title. That was Nakamuras time 100%.
Instead of Jimi betraying jey, Roman reigns and jey should have had a faster and more violent matchup in which solo sikoa comes in at the dying stages of the match with wounded Jimi on a wheelchair, then making jey to put Roman over him so that defenseless Jimi doesn't get smashed This could have made a better storyline
The only way for Cody losing at WrestleMania will make sense if he beats Roman at wrestlemania 40 but if he does I hope they give him a special belt because he finished the story for his dad and stuff
I've never understood the backlash against The Fiend being champion, The Undertaker was champion multiple times in his career and it didn't affect him at all. It wasn't The Fiend being champion wasn't bad, it was his booking that's almost always been bad
Difference with undertaker is that he was beatable. He was supernatural sure, but not in this unstoppable manner like The fiend. Undertaker had this sort of nine lives character, that he took ass whopping all the time, got killed several times, dies and gets an extra life back. The fiend was just unstoppable in matches, squashing everyone and his match quality wasn't as great as takers. That's my thought
I will forever scream from the mountain top that Asuka should’ve beaten Charlotte at WM34 And it could’ve led more into next years main event Imagine this, main event of Wrestlemania 35, Becky Lynch coming in as the hottest thing in all of WWE and winner of that years Royal Rumble Rounda Rousy coming in as Raw Women’s champion, the former dominant MMA competitor and the baddest woman on the planet Then, Asuka, Smackdown Women’s champion for a year, and the most dominant woman to ever have step foot in WWE, being undefeated for well ever 1000 days. All coming together for one huge battle for both titles in the main event of Wrestlemania
I’m torn on these kind of opinions. On one hand I absolutely hate some of the decisions wwe makes. But then on the other hand I think about how boring and predictable it’d be if the guy the fans want always won, or the guy who deserves it always won, or the guy who didn’t need the win always lost.
Totally understand about putting the title on the Fiend... I always thought that it would nerf the supernatural powers of the entity.... he didn't need the title the way he was potraited...
I’m sorry, but I can’t help but laugh uproariously at the Hell in a Cell match ending via referee stoppage. You can hit a guy with a giant hammer and that’s allowed, but if you try to use a small hammer, THAT!!!! That is too far!
@@Feeling_ucey u sure? He will either lose the world heavyweight championship to Finn or Damien, then he will be free to Take it from Roman. I get it’s not part of the storyline but it would be cool
They could have EASILY fixed the Fiend title run too. Have human Bray Wyatt come out and say he wants a title shot, he deserves one, etc. The whole build, he's trying to fight that inner demon. But something strikes, turning human Bray into the Fiend, and the Fiend is just all "I'm gonna kill you" mode, just for the sake of destruction. Then after the Fiend decimates whoever was the world champ, have "normal" Bray find himself, his opponent knocked out in the ring, and he pins him. Instead...they did whatever the hell it was that they did.
Weird take but I’ve been going on about it retrospectively for years. John Morrison should’ve won the 2011 rumble instead of Del Rio. Do Morrison vs Miz for the title and do Rock/Cena 1 at mania 27
Jimmy Uso didn't do it because he believed it would change Jey. He said that he did it because he was afraid of losing Jey Uso. He was afraid of losing his brother and if Jey Uso had won the wwe championship they would no longer be a tag team. He wanted to preserve The Uso's. That was his main motive and he only said "besides, becoming the tribal chief might change you." The part where he said "besides" is obviously showing that it was a secondary motive that didn't really matter.
I LOVED the Jimmy Uso turn…until Smackdown happened and his reason was “I didn’t want to see you turn into him.” Like…idk, a story about two twins and one having to always be second by the company and the family and now your own brother is putting you second to the title for you to be “brother of the tribal chief” is a GREAT story. And they chose the weakest explanation possible. I’d rather have Jimmy just been like I wanna be Tribal chief instead, which also would have been bad
The Booker T one stick with me to this day. Blatantly racist leadup promos knowing the whole time the heel would lose, calling him a nappy head, telling him to carry his cases and shine his shoes, “people like you,” (and no that wasn’t WCW thing because he compared him to Scott Steiner) but when he won, HHH kicked out of a Houston Hangover and a scissor kick, hits one pedigree and they’re both in the ground until the ref counts to 5, THEN goes for the pin and the win. Absolutely humiliating for Booker T and really for any young black kid watching.
Speaking of the streak ending I wanted to see either Roman reigns or Bray Wyatt end the streak. Yeah it would've been nice to see undertaker retire undefeated at WM
The fiend one is spot on I always thought it was strange having undertaker caring about a hunk of gold. I think nobody cared as much with taker because the feuds & matches were mostly the best
Karrion Kross Raw Debut. (Who did he piss off backstage?) Sting… (losing in his debut against HHH after DX interfered and HHH hit him with a sledgehammer and they shake hands after??… And him losing to Seth Rollins AFTER Seth just lost to John Cena, could’ve had Seth go for a DQ/Count Out, or have Seth beat Sting before facing John Cena. But no, Seth beat Sting clean right after Seth lost to John Cena (and didn’t even get and hour to rest like Rey Mysterio) just overall making Sting look weak.)
Where's everything with Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton? First the weird House of Horror match and then The Fiend losing his return match after being set on fire.
Tbh looking back on it Batista was the right decision because then it lead to the Yes Movement and without it Daniel Bryan wouldn’t have won at Maina if he was in the match and booked to win most likely he gets screwed out of it and loses. With Batista winning DB has a great match against Triple H and in the triple threat where he made Batista tap out. It’s one of the few cases of bad booking leading to great moments.
Now don’t get me wrong I think Goldberg should of won the chamber too but I’ve seen tons of people say “Only to lose to one singular sledgehammer shot” I’m like if this was even remotely reel a sledgehammer shot would shatter your skull and likely kill you instantly. I don’t think there is any weakness to Goldberg for going down to such a murder weapon 😂
About Fiend/Seth Hell in a Cell match. Question wouldn't it work better if they switch them? Basicly make Fiend spam like billion finishers on Seth and since, Fiend is like some sort of Demon, referee could geniuenly believe that he would kill Seth if he didn't stop him right now
1992: Wrestlemania VIII (which I attended in Indianapolis) should have been Hogan vs. Flair. We got a great match between Flair and Savage, but I just think Hogan-Flair should have been the main event.
Listen, in my opinion, if they did more with corbin before having him retire angle, i wouldve been fine with it. his character with constable was so lack luster to me, and he has quite the amount of achievements that arent titles, yet wwe still refused to push 'em..

My argument for you with regards to fiend winning the title is that even Undertaker was a supernatural character who technically didn't need the title. But he did win many titles and so in the same way, I am happy with the fiend winning the title
Hulk hogan immediately beating Yokozuna after he beat Bret hart
Yesss this one pissed me off
i still don't think the jimmy turn was that bad. his turn was shelfish and that's the point i feel like. Also RIP Bray, my favorite superstar for life.
Jimmy turn was bad. Also bray was overrated. He was ba din The ring and his stories were bad
HIAC match too violent...gues they forgot about when they had Taker hang a man while the cell was rising to the roof
Santi, the part where they humanized The Fiend was ultimately announcing him as “The Fiend Bray Wyatt”. That killed all of the magic for me.
Undertaker losing the streak is easily the worst.
14 stomps, kicks out...
Got Dq in Hell in a Cell(The Fiend vs Rollins)
Whoever booked that sh1t, shouldve get fired
brock squashing kofi was a great decision.. finally putting an end to a boring ass reign
The Hell In A Cell match had more violent moments pre-2019. It's stupid that it ended the way it did.
Pg ended that it was inevitable
Try the year before when Brock came out and beat up on both Roman and Braun ruining the match.
@pleaseshutup7053 Honestly during the official PG Era, HIAC matches weren't all that bad. At best they could be great, at worst they were boring. 2018 and 2019 were part of the New Era... whatever that means.
Yeah
Here’s my opinion on Kurt angle vs Corbin. In the wise words of John Cena himself “ control the controllable” it was the right thing to do. What wasn’t right is that they went with king Corbin and not back to lone wolf with a championship Corbin.
You forgot HHH beating Sting in his debut singles match at WM 31
The match that makes me feel sick to my stomach every time I think of it is Jinder Mahal beating Shinsuke Nakamura for the title. That was Nakamuras time 100%.
Ok, But I wanna add Roman Reigns defeating The Undertaker at WM 33, How the heck it's not there in the first place?
Instead of Jimi betraying jey,
Roman reigns and jey should have had a faster and more violent matchup in which solo sikoa comes in at the dying stages of the match with wounded Jimi on a wheelchair, then making jey to put Roman over him so that defenseless Jimi doesn't get smashed
This could have made a better storyline
It sucks both 2018 and 2022 royal rumbles were both wasted
Brock lesnar and John Cena winning the money in the bank was also worst booking
I don't think Cena winning was supposed to happen
Brock vs Rock
Brock vs Kofi
Brock vs Big E
Yet Brock’s best friend is black and he threw him out of the Royal Rumble.
Brock vs bobby lashly😂
The only way for Cody losing at WrestleMania will make sense if he beats Roman at wrestlemania 40 but if he does I hope they give him a special belt because he finished the story for his dad and stuff
Predicting orton losing to hhh at wrestle mania during the intro
now you got to make a video about the BEST booking decisions wwe made
Who’s here after the heartbreaking news ?
I've never understood the backlash against The Fiend being champion, The Undertaker was champion multiple times in his career and it didn't affect him at all. It wasn't The Fiend being champion wasn't bad, it was his booking that's almost always been bad
Yeah that doesn’t make sense to me even supernatural wrestlers can be champions
Difference with undertaker is that he was beatable. He was supernatural sure, but not in this unstoppable manner like The fiend. Undertaker had this sort of nine lives character, that he took ass whopping all the time, got killed several times, dies and gets an extra life back. The fiend was just unstoppable in matches, squashing everyone and his match quality wasn't as great as takers. That's my thought
Damn the thumbnail hits different 😢
Hell in a Cell 2019 was such a mess. Sacramento booed them out of the arena afterwards and we haven’t gotten a PLE since lol
Edge beating Balor at WM
No 😂
Didn’t age well 😢
I will forever scream from the mountain top that Asuka should’ve beaten Charlotte at WM34
And it could’ve led more into next years main event
Imagine this, main event of Wrestlemania 35, Becky Lynch coming in as the hottest thing in all of WWE and winner of that years Royal Rumble
Rounda Rousy coming in as Raw Women’s champion, the former dominant MMA competitor and the baddest woman on the planet
Then, Asuka, Smackdown Women’s champion for a year, and the most dominant woman to ever have step foot in WWE, being undefeated for well ever 1000 days. All coming together for one huge battle for both titles in the main event of Wrestlemania
Man I agree with the fiend Part the fiend never needed the title but then again WWE always does books themselves in corner
I’m torn on these kind of opinions. On one hand I absolutely hate some of the decisions wwe makes. But then on the other hand I think about how boring and predictable it’d be if the guy the fans want always won, or the guy who deserves it always won, or the guy who didn’t need the win always lost.
Right that’s the thing about it too, sometimes those undeserved losses lead to great reigns and great matches.
Triple h was on crack when booking the jimmy heel turn
Sting vs Triple H wrestlemania 32 idk what they were thinking
Wwe beats wcw again
It happened at wrestlemania 31 not wrestlemania 32
Cm punk not getting wrestlemania 29 main event
WHO WILL DETHRONE ROMAN?
CODY=LIKE COMMENT
SETH=REPLY TO COMMENT
SOLO=BOTH
SETH FUCKIN ROLLINS@@DrtyBon
@@ChristianVargas-px6nyhell no
@@Feeling_ucey u sure? He will either lose the world heavyweight championship to Finn or Damien, then he will be free to Take it from Roman. I get it’s not part of the storyline but it would be cool
Brock lesnar
Gunther.
Low blow Nakamura was goated
“This isn’t the typical Santi hates Bray rant”
But is exactly that.
Good. The Guy was overrated.
I agree with all of this
Weird take but I’ve been going on about it retrospectively for years. John Morrison should’ve won the 2011 rumble instead of Del Rio. Do Morrison vs Miz for the title and do Rock/Cena 1 at mania 27
Rock wasn’t ready to wrestle but I do agree Miz vs Morrison I remember everyone thought that would happen
Then fucking Bray right at the height of his powers for a guy that was already limited in the ring and 50 to have a nostalgia kick for his son
When Bray Wyatt died thay love him but before because of one gimmick he sucks. I hate AEW mark's.
RIP Bray
Keep these bangers coming
Thumbnail hurts way more right now 🙏🏾
Speaking of the streak ending I wanted to see either Roman reigns or Bray Wyatt end the streak. Yeah it would've been nice to see undertaker retire undefeated at WM
Squashing John Cena is more significant than dominating and defeating the undertaker at wrestlemania okay Santi
That Rey Mysterio vs Cena match on RAW was the starting point of my hatred for John Cena as a kid lol
Mine was cena getting Jericho fired in 2005. But that was a heel move from cena expecting rey to defend the wwe title after he just won it
Lesnar won against against big E cause he was supposed to get the win against roman.
The fiend one is spot on I always thought it was strange having undertaker caring about a hunk of gold.
I think nobody cared as much with taker because the feuds & matches were mostly the best
Karrion Kross Raw Debut. (Who did he piss off backstage?)
Sting… (losing in his debut against HHH after DX interfered and HHH hit him with a sledgehammer and they shake hands after??… And him losing to Seth Rollins AFTER Seth just lost to John Cena, could’ve had Seth go for a DQ/Count Out, or have Seth beat Sting before facing John Cena.
Now don’t get me wrong I think Goldberg should of won the chamber too but I’ve seen tons of people say
“Only to lose to one singular sledgehammer shot”
I’m like if this was even remotely reel a sledgehammer shot would shatter your skull and likely kill you instantly.
During the summer of punk bringing him back too early when you had a fire summerslam main event rey vs cena.
Listen, in my opinion, if they did more with corbin before having him retire angle, i wouldve been fine with it. his character with constable was so lack luster to me, and he has quite the amount of achievements that arent titles, yet wwe still refused to push 'em..
