I really hope I win the giveaway Santi, I've been watching you for 2 years now on TikTok. This $2000 giveaway would really benefit me as a broke college kid that doesn't have a job. Good luck to everyone in the giveaway!
Oh and also, in my opinion, I think the biggest what if has to be if Batista never tore his tricep in 2006. I think he would've been a way bigger baby face than Cena. Also he is my fav wrestler of all time so I'm pretty biased lol
Man if Stone Cold and Bret Hart didn't have to retire so early in their career we could've got Hart vs Angle which might've been the greatest technical match ever and Austin vs Brock would've been good ans Austin has said he regretted not doing it and Austin vs Punk and Cena man what a missed opportunity plus his character did fit the Ruthless Aggression Era too
What I hated about the Mania 38 night 2 main event was that they ran out of TV time because if you look back that match between Lesnar vs Reigns wasn't actually bad and Lesnar being a face gave it a nice feel since fans were behind him and they loved heel Roman Reigns. Also Big E was gonna defend it in a Fatal 4 Way at Day 1 but when Brock got added it was a Fatal 5 Way. Also I would've loved to see Seth vs Roman in the Main Event at Wrestlemania 38 for the Unified Titles would've been a 5 star banger but then who would Cody face if Seth wasn't free for that night?
The reason why Roman reigns getting Covid was such a bug butterfly effect was that he was meant to lose to brock at day 1, which would’ve meant the whole bloodline storyline would’ve never happened which meant people like Sami and Kevin would’ve never had their moment
For the “if roman never got covid” it would be even more of a snowball effect. Big E probably wouldn’t have lost the title, and wouldn’t have been sent down to the tag team division again. So that means he wouldn’t have broken his neck in a Tag Match against Brawling Brutes.
With the Roman Reigns one, another interesting part of the butterfly effect is that it basically lead to Big E to ending his career with that gnarly injury after losing the title
To be fair that win against the Undertaker is why John Cena was okay with getting squashed by Lesnar the way that he did so without the Undertaker win, Brock probably doesnt do that to Cena.
It shows how the new wrestling audience is if they hate brock lesnar ( a massive draw) squashing Daniel bryan. 100 percent it would have been the right move considering brock still had 7 years at the top and was coming off breaking the streak
9:19 man Chris Benoit brain was fucked he had the brain of an 85 year old with Alzheimers so who knows how much longer he could have wrestled with CTE and a eroding brain. But the most important thing is that Chrises family would still be alive and well today. Edit: with Stone Cold I think he could have come back in 03 and gone to 09 or 12 were he would have a streak vs career match with taker in 09 or in 2012 were he would have a match with CM Punk at wrestlemania
I will disagree with the brock lesnar take. Brock after his return was treated horrendously, taking Ls from Cena and HHH. After breaking the streak it INSTANTLY catapulted him to the biggest villains in the company. He squashed Cena specifically bcz Cena said “if we have a 50/50 match now, it would ruin the streak’s moment” as he said it himself (sorta). So the Cena squash would have never happened if the streak didn’t break. For the next 5 years Brock proceed to be the final stepping stone for the biggest current starts to gain credibility (eg: Roman, Rollins, Drew even Cody). The “he broke the streak” will always keep Lesnar relevant. Plus him breaking it was 1000% more valid than Roman, cuz Brock added legitimacy to wwe due to ufc in 2013-2014.
@@RomaroBrandoni doubt that ali would be champion but yes we never wouldve gotten kofimania. also we wouldnt have had that stupid Brock squash match at the end of 2019
@@nomerxxymashups5602 the next PPV after WrestleMania was in Saudi Arabia. Daniel Bryan wasn't going there after that reporter got killed meaning he had to drop the title. Mustafa Ali was going to win the WWE Championship! Brock Lesnar also would have squashed him because WWE had just signed Cain Velasquez and that's a money match in their eyes.
My What if is if Chris Benoit as tragic I know if he just retired or died in an accident or natural causes. We can use his Entrance theme for 2k games cuz he has one of the coolest theme song this is my what if.
What if Batista stayed in WWE between 2010 and 2014? What if Ronda Rousey signed with Impact Wrestling in 2018? What if Tessa Blanchard was in NXT in 2014? What if Cody Rhodes stayed in AEW?
What if Stone Cold never turned heel in 2001? Sidenote: I’m actually a fan of his 2001 heel run, but I’ve always been curious to know what would’ve happened if he never turned heel.
I would assume that the pandemic was the biggest what if. We know it changed key parts of the Wrestlemania 36 card, and it led to different creative decisions.

Somebody's got a haaair cut.... :D Look great bro. :) Thanks for your videos, love them. :)
My biggest is "What if Kevin Owens beat Goldberg" We would've gotten KO Vs. Jericho at WrestleMania for the Universal title and Jericho could've produced gold and made the universal title actually feel prestigious back in the days when it was just known as the ugly red belt
Yeah for a month before Brock Lesnar would win the title. I like Kevin Owens and I love Chris Jericho but I'm glad their match wasn't for the Universal Championship because I don't think Kevin Owens shouldn't lose it to Chris Jericho at WrestleMania. He's the younger talent that should have been going over in that match, especially if he's not getting a rematch when he loses the title.
The problem was that it was ultimately going to be Roman losing the title at Day 1 and we would've had Roman win the rumble instead. They didnt think of unifying the titles until after Brock got inserted into that match
IMO the WWE wasn't really *fully* behind Becky leading up to that Survivor Series. If she's medically cleared to go for the singles match vs Ronda, they probably have her lose pretty decisively. I believe that Becky not being able to compete that night is actually a huge butterfly effect for the better. (That's not at ALL to give any credit to Nia for injuring her, she deserves nothing. Simply a "task failed successfully" type of thing)
@raulrivera7069 my only argument to your point, cm punk in wwe was like JBL... a fill in guy while we establish a guy.... when both Cody and Punk left their industrial roles changed PUNK had a show made for him.... even Kevin Nash never had that... you know the guy who ended Goldberg. I honestly think Punk VS Cody even in impact would draw
@Sbournazian1 that match would be excellent too.... but stardust is prime example of what I mean by people who made it to the ceiling who was booked on the floor.... ai.... the only 300 plus day top guy who wasn't main event level
Dude, a beautifully done video, great editing and great explanation for anyone who wasn’t aware of what happened at the time in question. I would love to see a part two of this video.
1. What if Covid never happened in WWE? 2. What if Roman Reigns wasn't overpushed as a babyface during Vince era? 3. What if Jeff Hardy never had addiction problems? 4. What if Sting didn't get injured during the match with Rollins? 5. What if Big E didn't get a neck injury?
What if Finn Balor doest get injured and didnt relinquish his universal title. It was clear that WWE had major plans for him and universal title should have been running withinn the nxt black and gold OGs rather than lesnar and Reigns holding it often
One thing I gotta disagree with about Goldberg and Sting eventually coming over to WWE…I don’t think they were buried. Goldberg ended up being a multiple time World Champion in WWE. Sting, while he did lose his two big matches in WWE, he was made to look strong in both.
Man Sting saw first hand in 2015 how bad WCW talent were treated even over a decade later in WWE. No clue why WWE needed to prove their point even more that was just pretty stupid. What they should've done with him is what AEW has done with him since his debut in AEW.
If Brock didn’t leave and we could’ve gotten 07 Batista vs a Brock lesnar would’ve been insane because keep in mind in 07 Brock did a match with angle in NJPW and it was amazing that’s the biggest feud i feel like we missed out on with Brock leaving like he did
Also here’s a feud we could’ve gotten and probably would have Brock Lesnar vs Umaga that right there would’ve melted my eyes from the carnage that would take place if it was Brock instead of cena in that last man standing match
I def think the streak put Lesnar on another level. He did something NO ONE has ever done. Even SuperCena lost at time, squash or not. Remember after that, I dont think Brock got close to losing clean until Goldberg. It was a ripple effect. It shockingly reversed all the negative vibes from their first matchup. None of that is without ending the mythical streak.
I think it was the streak that made Brock into the final boss, using myself as an example, I had no clue who Brock was, he had left JUST before I started getting into Wrestling to begin with, and when I return to hear the streak is over just that year? Omg, who won against the Undertaker? Brock Lesnar...? Who? And then the snowball of figuring out who that was. For others, long term wrestling fans knew he was a beast before, the ones that circled MMA knew he was a beast. Without Brock I wouldn't have gotten back into Wrestling, nor gotten into MMA. The streak ending in such a dominant fashion, where Brock made the deadman, look like a deadman. Unfortunately it was due to a concussion, but because of that daze, it made Brock into this TRULY monstrous threat. He made the UNDERTAKER, look weak at HIS show. Do I think he could have made it that way without it? Probably, he is legitimate, but it wouldn't have been as crazy, or as rapid, it wouldn't have been the same wildfire of a success story that it was without it.
Also Kurt probably doesn't watch Raw and fall in love with it so maybe he doesn't love the business as much. Hogan Hall and Nash were all originally WWF and Jericho Benoit Eddie and Malenko were already WWF that had left WCW. What happens instead of Roman face being shoved down everyone's throats that he goes heal sooner off the back of beating Undertaker? What if there was no curtain call and Triple H won King Of The Ring instead of Stone Cold? What if Bret Hart actually let's Shawn Michaels go over and there is no Montreal Screw Job or they actually had the Undertaker as champion? What if Andre won instead of Hogan or Hogan wins without the Body Slam heard around the world?
It amazes me how Austin theory was accused of the EXACT same thing as Velveteen Dream. The exact same thing…….both instances they were cleared of any illegal activity. A top exec even came out and said Dream was cleared of any wrongdoings. He was actually fired for his backstage antics with other wrestlers. Yet fans still say he was a sexual predator….even tho he was 20 and the “victim” was 18 and everything was consensual….One guy kept his job and the other got turned on by “IWC” and fired. But the wrestling community has selective criticism…always have. Praise one murderer in Jimmy Snuka but Chris Benoit is the son of satan smh
I don’t believe Benoit would’ve lasted due to the condition of his brain and overall health. He would’ve either died while active or forced into early retirement.
I also should mention that had Roman reigns never got covid then Brock Lesnar would have actually beaten him for the universal title and Seth Rollins would have been big e for the wwe title this was actually there plan
If cena turned heel at that time we would’ve never gotten the PG era because he has been on record saying he’s the one who saw all the kids at the shows and said hey man we gotta change because kids can’t be watching some of this shit so if he turned heel he probably doesn’t gaf about that cause heels easily work better in a non pg setting
If Roman Reigns wrestled at day 1 I think he would’ve lost the universal title to Brock lesnar. If they had Brock win the wwe championship from big e, I think they had plans for Brock to win the universal title it but since Roman got covid they changed it
