As for Woods and Big E, man it’s tough, they’re both fantastic, keep in mind that every member of the New Day has INSANE levels of charisma, and they’re all fantastic in the ring (in their own unique way), for me Xavier Woods is better in ring (he’s just more versatile and has indie experience) but Big E is a better mic worker, In the wrestlemania 40 press conference he was on par with CM Punk and he showed this passion that is very hard to capture, overall Big E is better though, I mean he’s injured and still has people interested in the possibility of a return (if it ever happens) meanwhile Xavier Woods is stuck and needs to revitalize his career quick.
Every faction before The Shield was just about elevating the leader. Now, with JD, Bloodline, brawling brutes or imperium, I feel like we are seeing these side characters building up their own personality and becoming their own identity instead of just muscle henchmen for the leader of the faction. It's future proofing talents to already have a huge advantage when it's their turn to do fly on their own. It's a really healthy business plan at the end of an era where all these legends are on the brink of retirement.

He was pushed to the moon as a solo competitor after leaving The Shield when he was the least experienced out of Ambrose and Seth who had long singles careers before WWE. It showed cause he was horrible on the mic, boring in the ring and the fans rejected him because of this. The fans rejecting him made WWE just push him even more. Good example his him winning Rumble in 2015 with his hand being raised by The Rock and the entire crowd booing him even though he was a babyface and the Rock looked PISSED in an interview afterwards.
