- I am feeling very Happy to publish this video infront of you. First of all great thanks to my parents and my Professors for supporting me a lot to implement this project.
Basically, My favourite food item is bajji. When ever I went to hotel i need to wait so much time to getting the bajji because of crowd. I observed that bajji is not hygienic. But still I love it.
In our home we were used NO.1 quality but still not get a taste like hotel food.
On that time i got an idea to develop a bajji making machine.
I tried a lot to develop this mechanism. I did lot of hardwork to getting this mechanism. Finally I successfully developed this machine. Initially I got Complete automated but its budject is too high and that is not affordable to all the steet vendors. So finally, I designed a machine with in 10k.
Feeling very happy. We applied Design and Utility Patent.

Pretty much big vessels it would be filled with more quantity. At single shot he gives6-8 pieces without using hand and water.

good idea with some kinks to work on. How many of these units have you commercially sold ?
I have an idea. We were using steel glasses earlier. Now a days people are using plastic disposable tumblers. Reason is we don't know how they are cleaned.
You try making a simple dish washer that can wash around 100 steel tumblers at a time. Space occupied should be low and the washing should be fast along with hot water. Better use safer chemicals like vinegar.
Then we can stop using plastics.
Great job bro....from my side view.. So many members not wiilng eat out side food bcz the person, who prepare the food they using hands(we have doubt that is he washing his hands or not like that) but by using this machine no prblms, no doubts.... So eat satisfictionally

good idea...but reduce hole size n use the proper gear mechanism..den it will reduce the manual effrts..once u use proper gear mechanism only it will more useful..otherwise the person who rotate the rod will be the 1st person to opps..but hatsoff to idea..grt

Well, this isn't automatic, it's semi-automatic. But great idea though, making lots of bajjis at one time! Maybe add some more automation here and there, like the rotating parts, it may be attached to a motor so the seller can just press a button; the cauldron used to fry the bajjis can be much larger; and a bajji mixer can be attached on top or sideways. Maybe you can also extend the use of the bajji maker to make vadas. Good job and good luck. 😉

Wishing you good luck, great bajjies. Our ancestors have mastered the art of making bajjies in most efficient Way, yours good try. I recommend you to improvise to reduce human efforts at all possible stages. I need machine which can make bajjies without humans intervention and bajjies should come directly to my dinner plate. Today labor is very unreliable and need machine for simple tasks. All the best

I found many people are commenting negatively. I agree with the fact that these people brains are not innovative... Not anyone's fault... People are different... First computer was so big like a building size and did very less calculations, it took lot of investment, lot of maintainance..... I am sure many people commented like this... Again... Siva Prasanth if u don't mind I'll suggest something about this ..better to make more no.of holes with normal size and take light equipment and use some spin equipment with help of rope to the handle of bowl..one grill makes more...don't mind just a funny suggestion may work may not be..I mean spinning more makes more in less time

The holes of the pot is very big and oil splashing. Is possible which can be avoided if a thin sheet of aluminium. Is put on the side where the cook stands

There are so many things useful and needful to do in this world. He is young with full of time and energy still wasting time on such useless inventions. So much waste of steel and still it isn't close to automatic. Now young generation are trying to make cars without petroleum and diesel and here this man is making automatic bajji machine. I agree something is better than nothing. Bt we shud know there are so many things to do instead for this so called fully manual "Automatic bajji machine".
