Old School, hard-nosed playoff basketball!! Jordan was a GIANT amongst some of the greatest to ever play in the toughest era. It further molded him into G.O.A.T. facing and conquering that caliber of competition.

MICHAEL JORDAN WILL ALWAYS BE THE GOAT! That’s his legacy to always be compared to the next great player. I love it, can’t wait to see who the next great player will be so that they’ll compare him to MJ. Oh and records of total stats are for people who play a shit ton of years in the league, has never made anyone the greatest, just ask Peyton Manning. Great players but not the GOATS. That just means you played more years. The fact that MJ’s accomplishments were in only 11 full seasons with the Bulls just blows my mind! Not to mention the style that Jordan played offensively and definitely was just exciting and awesome to watch, endless incredible moves, shots, and incredible defensive plays. He’s just the BOSS, the GOAT, the MEASURING STICK! So lucky to have lived thru his era!

Playoff games back then were insanely intense. The game was so much faster, so much more physical, the defense was violent as fuck, and nobody was flopping.

Jordan and LeBron get no credit for their early years. Jordan came into the league as the most NBA ready college player since Kareem and LeBron was an 18 year old who could handle being an NBA starter. I also somewhat prefer #8 Kobe to #24 Kobe because it's that blend of athleticism, swagger and pure clutch that's always amazing to see. In all three cases they each had an amazing 21 year old season, and along with Kareem and Wilt they're the best under 25 players ever.

i like the commentary at 1:32. it is a guarantee foul call in today's game for that type of body contact. not that jordan never got favorably called on this type of d, but I just can't imagine the refs even allow this type of physicality in the game today.

Yes, and the biggest thing that lebron james fans say now is that jordan played plumbers and thats why he did what he did. Should just send them the link to this video...

Jordan didn't get the calls on this one. That block on Ewing was as clean and beautiful as can be. Damn they blew a perfect block highlight

Anyone who thinks there a better player than mj, never seen him play. He was everywhere, total control of not just his man but a whole opposition. Forget the rings, his will to win, his artistry, forget the iso, the dunks, the hangtime changing constantly to get an edge. He was everywhere so much so that he changed the game. Yes, it's his whole body of work, no doubt but look at this guy play. I've never seen anything like it nor have I seen anything since.

Because that was nothing special by MJ’s standards.

Man you can’t argue the fact that playing in that era drained way more energy than today’s era with all that uptight defence.

Thats what you called handchecking in this game defense at 1:55 and
The referee is too biased officiating the game.
