Sound wee video there Luke and what a subject rich environment for street photography mate. I guess we all need to pay more attention at our environment when we're looking for subjects. So much amazing compositions to be had and seen, from the tip of our toes and towards the sky. Super shots, great work and so very glad to see someone from our wee part of the world making such watchable and enjoyable content. Keep it up, thanks for sharing.
I really liked some of these photos. What focal length are you using when you “blind hip fire”? I can never really get it to work for some reason. Also, is that full frame or crop sensor so I can get the focal length figured out. Thanks!
Yeah good question. Instagram is part of it yeah, it's hard to explain but I think I just see the world in portrait mode? I never even think about it, when I lift my camera up portrait is just the way I naturally do it. I imagine phones have developed that in me. Glad you like the video. I loved Liverpool 👍
Great video do you mind if I ask what lens you are using for your street photography in this vid ? Also if you get the chance the city of Chester is amazing for photography and street photography
Hey man I have extremely fond memories of holidays where we stopped on Chester for a night or two. We used to love the Warner Bros shop and fatty Arbuckle's ❤️

Hey thanks man. All full frame on the a7iii and the hip fire would have been at 28mm, r wider the better I reckon
Nice video, lot’s of memories for me thanks. Question do you only ever shoot portrait mode or is it because these are destined for Instagram? Cheers

You remind me of that other guy that goes round calling everyone of his shots a “Banger”. He also takes a lot of shots over puddles in the road.
Is it David Wallace shoots?
