This brings back early memories of getting around Azeroth on foot. The music is such a longing for the past. Thank you for this visual reminder of what once was.
I love these. I've been watching the ambience videos of WoW zones and enjoying those. But I just mentioned to my wife that I wish there were videos of just going through Azeroth, little to no combat, and without the camera movement of mounts. Last night, Greg's walking videos came up in my feed and I'm so happy. This is EXACTLY what I wanted. Really well done, and when camera does move, they're good choices. THANK YOU.
This is great! I love it. I've many times just walked around a main city just for the heck of it even though I could hop around on my mount. Walking around certainly makes the world appear way bigger.
The first thing that awed me back in the day was feralas, entering the zone from 1k needles and looking up into the canopy was just amazing never forget that moment
I used to hold travel RPs in legion where we'd literally just do this same exact thing and walk on foot and shoot the shit, it was so fun, I remember I had a guy who always came to my travel rps who had this fourth wall breaking character but he'd always excuse himself in-character when he needed to leave, the last time I saw him was in desolace, it started raining where we made a rest stop and he came down with an 'acute allergy against rain' 🥲😂
Isle of Quel'danas? Not sure if you can get on a boat and just walk around the boat while it's moving or if its flight point only lol haven't been for years Edit : ok just read the invisible wall bit. Didn't know that will have to check that out on my private server
Feels extremely calming... but my mind is quite bothered with all the name tags - even on critters? Why? You should just turn them all off. Feels more natural that way :)
