the stator hits the magnets in the hub. maybe magnets need reglued? dont run it. fix it !
I HAVE SOMETHING SIMMILAR HAPPENING, WHATS THE WORST THAT CAN HAPPEN? SHOULD I ORDER A NEW MOTOR?
I have a similar 2000w hub motor and when it was making this noise it was the cassette hub bearings, i have replaced them 2 or 3 times in less than 200 miles, has been a nightmare typical Chinese junk lets hope u don't have the same problem lol.
Needed a replacement cassette hub and the bearing broke up, maybe damaged by over tightening spacer washers. Hope this helps
just need replace nylon gear
That's a direct drive... they don't have nylon gears..
