- On Friday, Zachary Kwak, 19, appeared in court and pleaded guilty for his alleged role in a deadly rock-throwing crime spree in Jefferson and Boulder counties that killed a 20-year-old woman.

I hate plea bargains. He would have been convicted at trial and sentenced to life. Now he will be free in probably 5 years
Take whatever number they come up with for time in prison, and divide by TWO. That, in actuality, is how long they will be incarcerated. You will have to really un-adjust to get more than half of what the system claims your ACTUAL prison sentence is. i.e. they let you out early because you were a good person in the can.
Outrageous that Zach was charged. He did not throw the rock. Zach also has very poor peripheral vision and did not see the car.
