It's high time our governments took the ordinary man seriously.
Glad you guys found Hala stuff, just let you know, Yunnan is famous not only for mushrooms but also Ham and Flowers, so local non-muslims loves pork, which means a lot of dishes will have pork in it, in this case your beef rice noodles will have pork soup base. I think aside from Hala food, you can take a look at "Qi Guo Ji" clay pot chick rice noodles which will have chicken soup instead. but yea def try mushrooms, like mushroom hotpot and also the potatoes there is great too!

Kunming is known for its pleasant climate, where it feels like spring all year round, making it a great destination for travel. Be sure to try the guoqiao mixian (Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles), a local specialty dish! You don't find the right food at night, don't worry-there's always something delicious to discover!
I recommend you to go to Dongchuan Red Land. Now is the most beautiful season. For photography lovers, this is a particularly beautiful scenery. You can take a bus in Kunming for ¥50/person and a taxi for about ¥250.
Would you guys ever consider doing a livestream? I saw a Canadian vlogger who ivestreamed from Lijiang and Kunming. It was a really cool walk+talk Q&A format.
