Dude when I go through the exact process as you, and the last step in the contact us page says email, error comes up and it tells me to go manage my appeals. So I can't even contact anybody for help
Wow that is strange. Do you have any other users on your account that could try logging in through their gmail and going through the process?
I already did this my appeal was denied anything else can do to really get ahold of them!

@@KeeganEdwards just google business profile disabled says for deceptive content there is none tho doesn’t make sense and says business doesn’t exist been on there 3-4 years number 1 spot in my area. Its dumb can’t talk to a human or get help from google

My parents run a mom and pops shop. They have zero clue on how the internet works. Turns out a direct competitor in the area took over their google business listing and put their number and website link. So whenever people call, this guy will direct people over to his shop.
What has this world come to? I literary had to walk over to his business and force him to give me the login info for my parents business. And of course I’m here, because Google won’t let me change the number either. 😂
Thank goodness you were there to help your parents out with that! Unbelievably immoral move by that competitor. Just terrible. I'm aware this stuff happens; so sad. Many great small businesses out there need help keeping up with the technology.
This type of thing is my constant motivation for making these videos.

This is so incredibly stupid. I should be able to just change the number ? It's MY number?? Wtf.
I totally get it. It can be really frustrating! Hopefully if you contact Google Business Profile support they can get back to you quickly. I'll also see if I can find any other FAQs I can share with you.
