Do not use Mighty Sites people! Bad service. I set up a website over 2 weeks ago. To.this day they have not set up the SSL certificate for my website. Mind you I am on a paid subscription! I send an email and have not received a reply. Just bad service!!

somehow Google placed a third party provider link in our "book now" link that has nothing to do with our company. I have been trying for months to get it removed. I marked my correct link as preferred and still the button takes you to the bogus link. Google has been terrible with assisting. They said the third party has to remove it. So my company is held hostage by some google generated book now link costing me thousands of dollars. Google wont even let me remove the book now button. Again they said that the third party provider has to delete it. Google allows rogue businesses to trump the business owners wishes. What a terrible concept Google.

I've found that if you just leave the rejected photos on your profile, google will eventually accept them. It'll get approved within 10 days.

I appreciate your willingness to try to help and share this information. The problem, however, is that it doesn't work. I follow your link and it takes me to the same useless troubleshooting page that claims to be a contact page but does not actually provide a way to contact them. It only goes to some forum thread that repeats the same information about video length and how to shoot the video. There is nothing there that solves the problem or allows you to reach Google. I have tried 10 times to record and upload a video and every time it fails. And there is no one to reach out to for other options.

Too little too late though. Are they going to go back and retroactively remove all of the fake reviews from the past however many years? As someone who is considering starting up a business right now, that means I would have to compete in an environment where every competitor Has near five star reviews averages. So while I can’t play the Blackhat SEO game that they are playing, I will have even greater uphill battle getting started

I've tried for months to get a photo uploaded to GMB. I have done everything I know. Never been blocked or suspended. Is verified. Changed the photo to 768 pixel by 768 pixel and nothing. Small size. Photo has not been altered. They don't have writing. No logos. Just plants.
