This is wrong , Khalsh people were 40000 now 4000 bcoz now Pakistani Muslims forcing them to convert to Islam. its like forcing Muslim people to eat tasty @ pork or bacon

They're also being oppressed as pakistan is a radical islamic country while Kalash people follow an ancient form of Hinduism. Now more and more of people are being forced into Islam.

I have been there couple of months ago on UCHAL festival, visited both villages ( BAMBURAT & Rambour). It's all coming back to me. Beautiful place, but the road structure needs to be improved due to which fewer tourists come here than what it deserves.
