Mein unterer Rücken hat heute gar nicht geschmerzt. Danke, dass du workout Videos hochlädst, auch wenn du krank bist. Werde schnell wieder gesund ❤

I wish you keep 10 seconds previews before every move for us to get in the position … no time to prepare for the next move feels rushed and sometimes causes muscle strain
When you do the video a 2nd time it will already feel much more familiar and not like a rush! ♥️ I guess that’s the same for all my videos, a lot of people appreciate that there are no breaks ♥️♥️
I always slow down the video to 0.75x. I’m way slower than the video everytime so it gives me more time to prepare, I can do more repetitions and I have longer breaks. Try it and you’ll do that with all training videos no matter who is the instructor.
