I'm looking for an i7 3770 but I cannot find it anywhere for low price of 20-30... Most sites have the used without a cpu fan and it costs more than 60$... Does anyone have any kind of link for cheap used i7 3770 (with free-shipping if it's possible)

That 970 is being wasted on a 3rd gen intel as it doesn't support all the current gaming api standards. 4th gen or bust for budget builds if the gpu is still being supported.
