Too weak. Too small. Too washed. Too slow. Too past his prime. Too scared. Too little KO power. These are the real reasons. Imagine he tells the truth.
Too past his prime? He's freshly turned 37, with only 9 active fight years (the rest he was either on hiatus, or on PED suspensions). That's peak heavyweight age/mileage. His last win was his most dominant win ever. Jon has NEVER done that to anyone. He's at his best, and is still shit fucking scared. That says more about Tom than anything else could.
Just remember in this video mma guru literally says "if tom aspinall goes on to become anything they will replay these videos" this literally just confirms even mma guru doesnt believe in tom aspinall lmfao if he believed in aspinal he wouldve said when he becomes anything
Never understood why the MMA community consider Jones the GOAT. Dude was in the right place at the right time, a giant who was able to make 205 comfortably beating past prime war torn midgets from PRIDE who should be fighting at MW and other UFC fighters who should have fought at MW. Add to that the numerous failed drug tests and how he was shit scared to face another MW in Chael Sonnen on short notice whilst himself having a full camp, oh and the constant eye pokes which never once got him penalized.
Add to that, Jones has been someone who walked around in everyday life at between 230-235 lbs between fights. So he's a natural heavyweight that cuts to LHW. So he's bigger than guys like Crocop who was 226 lbs. Fedor was between 230-235. Velasquez was 235-240. So Jones was always cutting to get the huge size advantage. Imagine if Velasquez would have cut to 205. People would have been talking shit about him saying he was trying to game the weight class. Well, that's what Jones has done his whole career.
They do it because Dana says so and I imagine that's being paroted by MMA MSM (I don't watch any of it). The funny thing is Dana is pushing the GOAT angle strictly to squeeze more money out of JJ's final fights and to detract attention from Ngannou, the former heavyweight champ that JJ ducked for two years.
And a fight he saw an opportunity to win. If no legs, barely any wrestling Ngannou could win against Gane wrestling then a healthy Jones would go right into a quick takedown. Same reason he doesnt want Tom but wants Pereira
This is why people loved Conor Mcgregor in his prime. Would fight anyone didn't give a fuck, as a real fighter would. Oh Diaz can't make 155 two weeks out? "TELL HIM IT'S 170"

For DC 2, it was overturned because of his steroids. And that was the third time that fight was scheduled. The previous rematch was canned because Jon Jones was caught juicing as well. Also, nobody picked Gane to beat Jones. Jon was a massive favorite. Stop capping. Everyone who's ever been inside a gym knows that a pillow fisted guy with negative grappling skills and even shittier fight IQ is tailor made for any decent wrestler or grappler. Dana was trashing Jones in the media for it, saying he was wasting his prime. Then Ngannou has trouble with Dana and leaves the company and all the sudden Jon figures out the contract and Dana defends him nonstop now. To be fair, Stipe was the champion Francis got the belt from and Jones was absent for a long time and was able to come in and get an easy fight for the belt. Gane has no grappling defense.

@@MarDuBronx He does better in rematches? The only ones he's had were Gus 2 and DC 2.
For Gus 2, he was caught juicing twice that year and the UFC switched STATES just to not only keep him from getting suspended (again), but to sanction the fight.
If you have power, you can scare a wrestler. If you have great grappling/wrestling defense, you can force a standup fight and beat them on the feet. Jon is the best but he refuses to fight Aspinall who won and defended an interim belt before Jon defended his "undisputed" belt because "Aspinall hasn't done enough". How does THAT makes sense?
You might also not remember that before Ngannou had contract disputes, Jon was having his own contract disputes which were supposedly delaying his move to heavyweight. Dana was trashing Jones in the media for it, saying he was wasting his prime. Then Ngannou has trouble with Dana and leaves the company and all the sudden Jon figures out the contract and Dana defends him nonstop now. @@emmanuel.nwabugwu because legends don’t duck fights. You can’t act like this isn’t an obvious stain on his already tainted legacy. He took 4 years to bulk to heavyweight and now says he walks around at 235. He’s terrified of aspinall. Champions need to fight the best to be the best, jones hasn’t fought a number one contender in 5 years, and he lost to Reyes when he did fight top competition.
U would get more credit loosing against a monster then avoiding them
@@emmanuel.nwabugwuhow could you blame him for losing? The fans will resent Jon and his legacy if he ducks. If he fights and loses yeah he’ll get clowned a bit but in the end Tom is a monster so I don't think anyone would hold it against him as much as they would if he ducks the fight.
Honestly Tom should do something with Francis where they both talk about it and say how Jon isn't even the true champ because he ducked Francis and only fought Gane who ducked all the good HW's himself, and now an old former champ who hasn't fought since Francis caved his skull in lmao. If they got enough attention on it and enough people calling him an illegitimate champ, his ego would force him to fight simply because if too many people get on board with it, it'll be part of his history whether he likes it or not.
So thankful Jon moved to heavyweight. He is destroying his already tainted PED legacy. Notice how no one refers to him as a two division champ but instead as a 🦆
No one in your bubble, with your few channels and 1000 bandwagon members lmao 😂
@@Technasmahaven't seen one person call him 2 time like they do Connor, he's not wrong
@@jordanreilly6348 your bubble your problem
“He hasn’t done anything to prove himself”
*is the literal interim champ and defended it once already*
He’s literally done more as a HW champ than Jones, who doesn’t even have a title defense at HW himself…
He also has six UFC world records.
Jones only has four, two of which are his world record for eye pokes and PED busts.
So what you're saying is if Jon didn't get hurt, Tom would just have 2 more regular wins. Not Tom's fault, but IC isn't real
@@bullrockny Champions who can't fight once a year should be stripped. So if Jon didn't get hurt and didn't fight, he'd be stripped and Tom's second if not first fight would've been for the belt.
Or, alternatively, if Jon didn't get hurt he'd have fought Stipe, and then Tom would've KO'd the winner in a minute.
Either way, he'd have been champ. That's why he's the real champ. IC isn't real? Tell it to the PPV points Tom earns every fight as IC.
@TheStraightestWhitest wtf are you talking about. Jon had a fight scheduled and got hurt. Tom is interim now, and only bc Jon got hurt lol. That's the irony. But this conversation ended when you said Tom would knock out the best heavyweight in history or the greatest fighter in history, in 1 minute. Aspinals last 4 wins (Blaydes, Pavlovich, Tybura and Volkov) are the biggest on his resume and his opponents combine for 27 loses between them and not a single one has even challenged for a title. Jon would be a fool to fight someone so dangerous, that adds literally nothing to his resume or legacy, while at the same time offering Tom the greatest opportunity any fighter could ever have. Jon can change Tom's life forever, but Tom can't offer Jon a thing
@@bullrockny Its okay, we know Harris lost, just let it all out buddy. We're here for you👍
Haha I’ve just discovered this channel. Funny stuff and you’re right - we want competitive fights
I really can’t believe he’s ducking him so hard and justifying it in the weirdest way
It’s so insane lol
9:45 "Sergei just got slaughtered by someone else"...yeah by the guy who Tom dusted in under 4 minutes. Only guy to finish Volkov in the UFC was Lewis who needed a hail Mary in the last 30 seconds
the best roast duck recipe on youtube.
Jones waited on the sidelines till Ngannou left because he was afraid and now refuses to fight Aspinal. Not a good look for Dana's bum boi.
12:43 that is quite literally and admission of defeat without even a fight happening
When Jon says “he hasn’t done anything” he really means “there’s not enough footage of Tom for me to study and feel comfortable enough”
And the film he can study is Tom FLATLINING people 😤😤 Aspinall in 2
@@Kyle-m8b7l exactly!
A younger Jon Jones fought Cormier when Daniel was 38.
yep, the age gap between Jones and Tom is much smaller than Jones DC, duck behaviour
@morpheusmedia_au most of his biggest wins are against bloated middleweights that were out of their prime lol
The man who went out of his way to defend his interim title has apparently “not done anything yet” 😂😂😂
bro you're gonna have to drop part 4
🤣🤣🤣 you can hear his dinner bounce off the desk at 4:08 🤣🤣
😂😂😂
That's why when it was time for him to fight Francis Ngannou, all of a sudden he needed 4 years to properly bulk up to heavyweight.
It was more like he needed 4 years to take the right steroids and cycle off before joining the testing pool, before fighting Francis.
But Uncle Dana will support him.
I think Francis or Aspinal will finish Jon inside 3 rounds.
Facts
We never got to see him fight someone we thought could be a problem and he'll keep it that way for the rest of his life because THAT is his phobia.
@RICOJEEZUS Fax
@@RICOJEEZUS Yeah..like Floyd duckweather..Jones is the same
Jones was never fighting francis. Didn't he sign a contract within a week after ngannou left? he was ready and able to take a fight the whole time, he blatantly ducked francis the same way he is ducking aspinall.
Refusing to Fight Aspinall (Interim champ) inf favor of Fighting Stipe (who's past his prime) and Poatan (who's relatively one dimensional ) hurts his legacy more than a loss to Aspinall would .
If he wants only legacy fights, let him give up his championship belt.
Yep shouldn't be for the beltn
this is how legends are made
Part 4 would be amazing!!!!
My parents incubated and hatched 4 ducklings a few months ago bc the mom got ran over in the road by their pond. One is a drake. I convinced them to name it jon. Turns out he's a little pos asshole 😅 I laugh more than I probably should but I'm still a child at heart 😅
I'd honestly rather him say "look I'm not a true heavyweight, and my strengths at light heavyweight might not transfer to top tier heavyweights who can also grapple. Alex is closer to my size and I'll have more of a chance"
Hed have to be humble...
Jones is already the GOAT his legacy is solidified.
@@AliTonzon dudes a bum, secured his legacy of being the first homosexual ufc champ tho!
Bro, if Miocic Wins... 😂😂😂😂😂 !
I will continue to watch this video. It would be really cool if you went live though.
