i had to dig trough most of youtube to see a non-negative video about capitalism, and i'm glad i did found this great video. Now i'll have to read more about Ayn Rand
@Revolvin Goatt he said peaceful people dumbazz. A person who goes around causing terror (which is usually the only case people advocate for the death penalty) ISNT PEACEFUL!
"Each person believes that the decision was good for them and improve their life. Otherwise they would not do it" Tell that to the guy smoking himself to an early and painful death because of his tobacco addiction. Or to alcoholic who can't stop drinking. Or to the guy who just bought a house and only now discovers that there's mold in the walls, and the insurance company wont cover it.
I hope this channel will continue in making videos about entrepreneurship, economy topics, etc. Your videos are well explained and visuals are excellent. It is truly helpful esp for students, and aspiring entrepreneurs, Economist.
Nice way to show introductory topics to the audience, I like how you guys animate concepts! Capitalism is a pretty complicated issue and how you feel about will largely depend on what country you're living in. In general, though, the precepts that should apply is that individuals should have absolute freedom so as long as they're well educated and have rational skills. Otherwise, it's easy to exploit less knowledgeable parties. Great video!
More people need to watch your videos. Pure capitalism never existed. Yet whenever there's an economic crisis, it is very convenient to just ignore bad government interventions and blame it all on capitalism.
But if we leave everything in the hands of companies, from the point of view of the purest liberalism, can we really expect a fair level of satisfaction in society? Isn't the goal of companies just their own profit? It's not a rhetorical question; I don't want to have preconceptions or beliefs. What, for example, would education become in such a society?
I do truly love the idea of pure capitalism as much as I love the idea of pure communism. However, both are only good on paper, and because of the inherent nature of humans, both are impossible to maintain without problems. Perhaps a middle blend of these two would be ideal for us. America is vastly capitalistic but it has a few communistic ideals. I believe that system works very well
The USA was almost Laissez-Faire for over 100 years, the years that started the growth of the world. Now you can speak from a book that is talking you out of your liberty, but a Laissez-Faire system---with a good court system that keeps people from screwing each other, (protects individual liberty), and I am sure, if you think it is possible that life is on other planets, that we would have the most exciting world in the universe. You every learn something, start a business and it took off? Man, I raced Motocross, and my business taking off, (after 3 manufacturing degrees and plenty of wide ranging experience,--still just above poverty),---was the most exciting thing that ever happened to me. I am not interested in compromising my liberty with communism, because communism always wins the compromise. If it is not Laissez-Faire,---it is not any market free people created, so it is not really in their interests. No compromise!!! I see the results.
and i believe we could implement capitalism with certain people initiating force - we could limit their freedom in direct proportion to the force initiated by them
Whoah. That comes across as propaganda. I mean, like pathe news style. I guess when you try to cover something so broad in such a small amount of time, some over-simplifications are going to be inevitable.

@KLJF Says the socialist kid who pretends to be part of the working class.
Rand was so close. Government has never, and will never, operate the way she describes.
By definition.
Definitely
Dear Ancap - markets require objective law. That's why we're not anarchists.
The government is a referee in free market, the referee should not interfere with play, and decide who would win.
@@AnimMouse Take it out of the market and you save the cost of the referee.
little correction .. Denmark is not a free country .. we are taxed so no one has the recursors to make and create what they dream of. 😳
Politics is ALL about what should be imposed by force on peaceful people. The best amount of politics is ZERO.

Really 😐.... Because everyone is just and fair all thetime.
zero politics is still a political ideology

And thats why you need Robert A. Heinlein's starship troopers republic. The issue is, if hearos of 4 turning will have balls to pull it of
Capitalism the unknown ideal. Exactly the idealistic version of capitalism is one that is unknown.
Politics is war by other means.
Spike, is that you?

Sure, the US have PLENTY of communist policies. Like McCarthyism...
Ffs
If you use economic coercion instead of violent coercion nothing has changed
Forcible direct taxes in income is a form of economic coercion
A great video!
Pure capitalism... there is no state
I refuse to watch, because of rayn
Hogwash misrepresentation of history as apology for domination and exploitation. Quite as mad as Ayn Rand's rants.
there should be no government
