There is much sadness in my heart as I come here to Judy Bryant's last scene on PCBH and pay my respects as Betty Bobbitt passed away today 30th November 2020. I am so sad to hear this news as she was a great actress and did so well with the warm, caring and friend to all character Judy Bryant.
RIP Betty Bobbit.

I've just read that the lovely Betty Bobbit has passed away. I loved the years Judy was in Prisoner. Betty fleshed out the character making her a real person not a stereotype.

That's a shame to hear she passed away last year there and also myra died recently I hear. So sad those 2 great actors and people have gone.

Now no longer with us, sadly.
@@anthonypoole6417 Oh no - I didn't realise that Judy McBurney had died. Looked it up & you're right she died of cancer at the end of 2018. sad news
Quite a straight forward chord progression, I remember working it out years ago. If you have a bug for playing music and like this song give it a go.

Watching this at the end of 2020. isn't this a very sad and yet ironic post Judy McBurny who passed away 2 years ago and now Betty Bobbitt whose character name was Judy,who passed away several weeks ago. coincidence or what?

Colin Sweeney They should have included Bea, and as I posted above, they should have included every other character that Judy interacted with, her life in and out of Wentworth and Pixie at the end, maybe, or amongst the montage of other characters. 😃
Ross Lamb because its related to Pixie's song and Judy's love for her and that they met in Wentworth. Its not about all of Jude's friendships, its about her relationship with Pixie and how its existence somehow saw her go free with Sheila.
And, Tbf, Bea and a few others did get plenty of time in the reminiscing episode which was just after this one
A great character who kept all the inmates together with compassion,can't understand the montage they should have included Bea,Lizzie in it because they were the best years of Prisoner.
hideous ending t one of prisoner most important characters, it as if they decided nothing mattered about Judy's character other then she fell in love with Pixie. nothing about Bea, Doreen, Lizzie, Sharon, Walley, Myra, Tony, Lorie. Nope just a load of nonsense.. the biggest problem in all of prisoners history is the way they handled this character. We know she ended up back inside because Val left and they needed here there to help fill the void of Bea's absence and it was beautify done with Hazels tragic ends. but nothing past that moment was in anyway acceptable and it all lead to this abomination of an ending.
That’s quite strong - there were some great Judy moments from episode 400 onwards and definitely not the worst treatment of a character when you had ones like Nora Flynn for example.
@@spikeyroberto Nora Flynn didn't have the legacy of Judy. She is one of the shows most important characters who had a very distinct character arch over the years. all her character development was lost and pushed aside which weakened her greatly. from day one she was a protecter first of Sharon, then anyone who needed it.. she fought the system, worked with the system all to help others. Never was music apart of her story. well not for 300 episodes anyway until she sang old McDonald had a farm. this montage ending didn't do her justice as a character, not by a long shot.
@kai atherton there were worse treatments. At least Judt got an ending and a send off. Look what happened to Erica Davidson - an original cast member - just written out off screen...twice!!! In my mind that was far worse!
@@derekhorne8076 yes Erica did have it worse. can't disagree with that. still she didn't ever contradict who her character was.
@kai atherton fair point it was rather a weak ending. They could have sent her off to live with Wally or Lori rather than that strange music storyline.
