Love the honesty! Exactly what I expected. I've been working on my agency and I'm down to building the excel sheets for some financial statements. I think the biggest step will be actually getting on one call and then it's smooth sailing from there. If I'm new into SMMA should I hire contractors? Or should I learn to provide service by myself. I'm scared I won't be able to deliver the service as good as the contractor would

Bro, from what you're saying is you've had more success in 1.5 yrs than most traditional agencies get in 5 years. Well done!! The biggest takeaway I got from your vid is that you want too much too fast. Let it grow, my friend, no one is chasing you. Instead of focusing on scaling focus on learning from this job and improving on the value you provide.
After 1.5 years you're now focusing on growing personal brand and the shop and probably other businesses. What about the agency??

What are you running ads on for your clients? Are you generating your own content for them?
We dont produce content for our clients. We can edit the content for them, but we don't produce it. We do, Google, Paid Socials, and Email for our clients.

you don't really need a course, all the information you need to start is on RUclips. just start and learn along the way, you may lose clients but its the quickest and easiest way to learn in my opinion
I agree 100%. Courses is just a way to save time, but 90% of the courses out there, is worse than some of the information you can find on RUclips. It might take longer, and you might have a hard time delivering good results, but you will learn it along the way.
This is the first time im gonna be thankful for youtube's algorithm for recommending a video of a something i was thinking about doing. I believe its a sign. 😊

They basically run advertisements for the clients in order to get them more customers.
You run ads that generates more revenue for the client.

ive started doing the planning and research for starting my SMMA business i am confused on what sort of prices i should be charging for these service SMA SEO coppy writting ect. if someone could help me out that would be great. And should i start off delivering the service myself or should i just hire contractors straight away even for my first client. Loved the video, you said it was a bit all over the place but it has really inspired me to continue down the path I recently started on which is building my own agency. How did you decide your service and get good at the service you provided? I believe that working in the business to start off with will provide you with valuable knowledge on hard work and client relationships and outsourcing immediately instead of when you have the revenue to scale can cause for rickety relationships with clients. So how did you decide your service and get good at it?

hi! could i ask you, if you spend money on your client's ads (facebook ads, google ads, etc.) from your own pocket? or maybe while making an agreement contract, you have some agreed on the sum of money (that your client pays you extra)?
you always have the client pay for the advertising. most people agree on using atleast a 50/50 ratio. so like for explae a 500 dollar service charge (money you receive) and then 500 dollar ad-spend money that client will pay. none of that money goes to you

Were you calling atleast 50-70 calls every single day? Because I call 20-30 5 days a week, and I think I should outreach more?
Hi mate. When I started out I did around 100 outreaches per day. I did it on social media, but now we do cold email, which gets us around 20-40 meetings every month. There is a video on my channel with our email template, so you can check that out. But it is all about your offer.

Totally agree with you when it comes to the personalized first line in a email. what is the point of it, complementing the owner on something completely different from why you are contacting him. and then going for the pitch, most people fail to understand that they do not read full emails but only certain parts of it and when it starts by wasting their time they will either delete or not reply

outreach is totally up to you as a person, if you´re person that like to talk and feel confident on the phone cold calling would be my suggestion - when it comes to fulfill clients there is one basic rule (Know your field) it all depends on witch service you provide - know your field, do your research, and do your part of the work, then things intend to work out

what digital skills do you think you should know how to do to get started? aside from ads
Sales is a must know. Digital skills I would only say paid ads, and then if you are good at sales, then you will get success!

Hi. With dentists I would probably look into more FB Ads and Google Ads, but thats just my opinion. Havent done anything with dentist before.

Let me share some of my experiences. This video was given to me a good insight into where I feel the need to go. I gave a thumbs up.
I tried out different money-earning schemes (affiliate marketing, chatbot creation, website development, content design) and saw enough dysfunctional, rude and disturbing clients who are just gonna take away valuable time and resources. The true reality is that the internet has potential. I created certain programs and tried to go with them as best as possible.
I just see that none of the current environments is welcoming this initiative. Maybe I say that because I am met with huge resistance, and ignorance and I spent a lot of time. I only learned about editors, programming languages, about the culture of the internet. It was taken me 2-3 years in my current life to reach a culminating point. Now I have some interest in cryptocurrency, AI/ML and blockchain tech. Also, I made some videos for testing out products. But I see no point in listing them because the degrees of competition cost a lot of stress, argument and an unhealthy level of dissatisfaction.
Only I do now internet surveys because people are not seeing the pure honesty and reality of job-hopping and ensured income. I see a need for a fairly paying base-salary range. That allows for empowering real entrepreneurs and not letting down people who wish to obtain any solid goals. Like financial freedom or time freedom.
The current year will be very unpredictable. So I only can say that self-empowerment, awareness about unfoldings or the degree of opportunity-aftermath is showing you a future of solutions.

Can you give some insight into your campaign structure on facebook ? It seems like there is an argument of having one interest target per ad group in your cold campaign so you can measure the success of each audience VS having stacking your interests in a cold campaign in sectioned categories (Ex. Publications, Competitors, Hobbys etc..) ? Thanks bro

We are a all in one agency. So we do everything when it comes to ads. : paid socials, email and google

I used Store Leads - Wappalyzer - Instagram etc, there is a ton of different ways

where did you get the people that worked for you? Did you just outsource the work to fiverr or who did the actual work after you decided to scale your smma?
For me I had people in my network that I could outsource the work to. So I was in quite a lucky situation regarding that.

How do I close my first client? I have a good strategy and offer, I also guarantee money back if they're not satisfied with my service and or if they don't hit some kind of goal. My main problem is that I don't have a testimony. And I know everyone started without one but my main question is can I give some other kind of proof of my knowledge instead of testimony from other clients? Like do I just show them my practice examples? Your channel is really inspiring!
