My biggest takeaway is to test your short form on Tik Tok and IG before putting it on shorts. Also, I think it'll probably be better for me to use the related link on shorts to link to another short rather than trying to get someone to switch from watching a short to watching a long form video.

Promoting something that later happens to not be successful is not the same as scamming. If you got into FTX or Yotta, it's on you, you are responsible for how you invest your money and the risks that are always associated with it. Nobody knew those would fail... he didn't, and neither did you.
@@cedricol Disagree. Graham still has videos up with known fake gurus Bryan Casella and Ricky Gutierrez so neither FTX or Yotta are his first offense. This isn't a case like Established Titles where RUclipsrs didn't know it was a scam and immediately denounced it, Graham had a 250k investment in Yotta and people were calling starting to call out in late 2022. How many times does an investment opportunity he promoted just *turns out* to be a scam for him to be called a scammer himself?
You don’t delete videos from a successful RUclips channel 😂 it costs tens of thousands of dollars for people like this. You can’t invest in FRX anymore 😂
It's funny how people who need to harass creators everywhere they appear are always kids with a profile pic or video content from an anime. I'm sure there's a lesson there.
I've found the most difficult thing in creating videos is looking at them objectively. Is this something the audience wants? I even go a cut or two deeper into segments or mere seconds of a video. Is the audience going to get something out of this 5 second clip? If the answer is no, it's getting cut. I also watch channels within my own niche and make notes of things in their video I believe would improve my viewing experience. Those notes help out a ton in making my audience's viewing experience more enjoyable.
In this age of short attention spans, I never would have guessed that a three-hour podcast would do well. I'm curious about what the motivation was to try it in the first place. Great insights!
Unfortunately people are still watching him despite the fact that it is well known he has a money over morals complex. So clearly this little guy is doing something to keep his zombie audience coming back. And this goes for all of those guys. It’s absolutely mind boggling 😵💫. But in this moment I’m too nosey to not listen to what think media was able to pull out of him. 😅.
Some people recommend just posting large quantities of videos starting off, and not worrying too much about quality. The rationale is your videos will naturally get better over time. I went with a different approach. When I launched my channel, I wanted to do the best job possible despite the limitations. Been years since I touched a video editing software, so I was essentially a newbie. That didn’t bother me, but it definitely takes work. Relearning old editing skills, picking up new ones, writing scripts, etc. I’m happy I set a baseline for myself, and it’s helped me gauge my improvement over time. I’m happy with the final product though, and do find myself watching/listening to my own videos on occasion 😅 If you’ve ever been curious about the obsessive study of sports aesthetics, come check us out!
why would you choose him just like 3 weeks ago he deleted all his videos about his epic fail he suggested which is holding 150 millino dollars a lot of that from his subs Yotta bank ring any bells for anyone

Despite the controversy surrounding Graham, can I just point out that Sean does an AMAZING job at interviewing?! Good questions, keeps the conversation flowing, a job well done!! I personally have no current intentions of doing podcasts...but never say never. Small channel now, might be a different story in the future...I do play with ideas of starting separate channels, but I'm not in the position to do so at the moment...let's get this one monetized first and a continuing success before even pulling the trigger on a second channel.
Just listened to this entire thing and I'm well on my way to becoming a creator with 1 million subs. I'm pushing my drum channel hard now, but I'm also thinking of starting another one where I discuss Escape rooms because I have worked at one or 8 years and have a lot of experience with them.
😂😂😂 I thought I was the only one that thought that. Home boy has been putting a lot of work into taking down a ton of poorly aged videos as well 😬. That yotta situation I’m sure hit him like a freight train 😅.
14:02 Does Graham use a promoter? His eye contact is really on point, which I think is part of the draw of connections with new viewers and Al giving confidence om his topics.

It’s been 50 days since I started, and I thank you for all the advice that you put out there. I hope one day I will be the one on that chair being interviewed, lots of work left.
The problem is that he’s also been promoting scam companies and barely apologized for it to his fans for promoting scam sponsorships. People need to really do some digging before they take a sponsorship.
i feel like a big thing is the commitment to watching the video itself, personally i try too hard to manage my time (which often works against me) but if im about to sit down to watch a 30 minute-1 hour long video i'll think about all the stuff i could've done in that time. but as Graham said, the "sweet spot" being 3 hours, anyone watching that, either actually has that time to listen, they've just now come back to their "watch later" to view it (least likely) or its just background noise for them.
@@tracy419 lol my mind already moves a mile a minute, taking in information at even 1.5X speed will give me an aneurism. i was more so just dissecting his statement, as i often look from other perspectives, not only is making videos about what people are interested in, or keeping their attention, but depending on how long your videos are, how your audience revolves around that, is based on how much free time they actually have. people who just watch videos have more time than people who try to watch videos while they make their own on their schedule for example.
For me, a 30min - 3hr video is great background noise when I’m working. And if I hear something that is uber valuable I will stop to take note or look at the screen. Most podcasters would probably prefer you pick them as background noise anyday over you having to decide on whether or not you have the time to intently watch their every move.
