It’s very important to add, that if you come to Belarus within 30 days rule, you can in total stay in Belarus 90 days per year but every 30 days you need to fly out through the Minsk national airport.
And also all the nationalities cannot come by land borders to Belarus without opening visa in advance (except Lithuanian, Polish, and Latvian which can come to Belarus by crossing lander borders till the end of 2022 without opening a visa).

i actually got my visa land border. took me more then 24hrs from the US to Belarus. because of flights and i missed a flight it took more of my time to arrive to Minsk. i went during the winter. so i didnt see much of the pretty tourist like i see on the video. i was really surprise how beautiful Belarus was..in some way i think it good for Belarus to stay this way just because it doesnt really spoiled the country with to many crimes and foot traffic. it keep it clean and peaceful from the outside world of course that my personal view. i would love to go back and see more of Belarus

At first it was a little confusing. But once you understand it read it more than once. Then you mail it to them. You have to put your physical passport, update the passport photo, and the fee cost. ( Cash only). Make sure you put a prepaid extra envelope so they can send it back to you. If they approve it. It should have a visa stick inside your passport. Mine was a three month visa. I was warn you. It depends on where you are going but the trip was long for me. More than 24hrs. Try downloading offline Google translate in case you don't speak Russian
