  • 3 cups BISQUICK (biscuit or waffle mix)
1 pound or 16 ounces Sausage, UNCOOKED (I use Jimmy Dean)
1 pound or 16 ounces (4 cups) of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
    1/4 teaspoon Cayenne

We Love Them and 18 minutes is the perfect timing. My husband eats then for breakfast and adds preserves to them. I just eat them plain.. I add garlic salt to ours. TFS!

When I make mine I cook my sausage prior to mixing then I add my cheese and bisquik….I don’t always drain all the grease off my sausage therefore it helps bind it all together. I freeze them raw then all you have to do is pull out whatever you want and cook starting with a frozen ball and a cold oven….so fresh tasting….

First I will be makimg these sausage balls I've never had them before but I love sausage! I wish you could see my families recipes from over the years🙄 not only have stains on the good ones but hand written by my mom and grandma sisters etc. My mom and grandma are no longer with us so you can imagine I cherish those recipes. My mom and grandma were qmazing cooks. I plan to rewrite my recipes but I want to preserve the hand written ones to keep them forever.

Amy you know how much we all love you and don't be discouraged but we're still getting the static sounds. I have a suggestion if you have a friend at your church or one of your brothers at church who might know a lot about sound technician stuff maybe you could get them to come over and see if they could find out what's causing all your interference. Again my husband said that phones can run on frequencies and there could be something interfering with your telephone now for weeks this wasn't happening it just started out cell phone I meant to say. We'll just keep praying and I will keep watching you and we will all get through this . ❤

This is the recipe we made when I was growing up. They are so delicious and everyone loves them!! Thanks for sharing this recipe because I’d forgotten about them. I have a question about the recipe you typed out in the description. - is that for the batch that you made 57 sausage balls out of, or does that make some other quantity?

Why did you have to throw those away that you made for your mom and dad for Christmas? If they were cooked already and I’m sure they were. That’s no different than them being in a canister in your kitchen. Just curious.

First time watching. The audio was terrible and the video not much better. You spoke too fast and were too far from the camera. Don't think I'll be watching again. You need to listen and view your videos before you post them. Joanne in Atlanta
