I was rereading Thrawn Alliances and in the book Thrawn asked Padmae on the lines of why didn’t they leave the C.I.S alone if they left on their own accords and Padmae said that they attacked us which I found overstepping it as Anakin and her broke into the factory and killed some harmless Geonosians. The Geonosians were in their right to execute them by their own law and the Republic sent in a entire army from no where. I found that part of the book really interesting and shows that Thrawn knew that the entire war was probably pointless. It was all part of Palpatines plan though.

If we set aside the "Palpatine manipulating both sides" part, the whole campaign is something I would say Leyte Gulf is a pretty good analogy for. If the Battle of Coruscant (and, by extension, the whole Core World Campaign, or whatever it's called) had been a Sepratist victory, the Republic would have been practically forced to sue for peace - or, if not, the Sepratists would have gained a major advantage. If it had been a failure (and it probably was), then all it did was speed up the Sepratist loss that (given that the Outer Rim Sieges were going on at the time) was inevitable at that point in the war. So in short, it was something that they had to try, otherwise they would have lost. Failure only meant they were going to lose quicker, and the only other option was to wait for a better chance to present itself, which wasn't going to happen.
..and the CIS was only doomed in the Battle of Coruscant because the Republic responded quicker than the Sepratists thought they would. I do have to wonder where you're getting some of your information from (infiltrators... from where?), and it would have been hard for the Jedi to get together a force large enough to rescue the chancellor - especially if they didn't know where he was. There's also nothing stopping the CIS from just self-destructing the facility, and since Palpatine had been the head of the Republic for the entire war, it would be hard for someone else to step up and take his place. Bearing in mind that the most influential senators in the Republic included no less than three major anti-war proponents (Amidala, Organa and Mothma), the Republic would have likely folded. Hundreds of skilled Jedi Masters is basically the entire order at that point, which would result in a fair few Sepratist ground (and space) victories due to lack of generals. But you're also kinda missing the point. The fact that their collapse was inevitable was exactly _why_ they would pull such an all-or-nothing move.

For the first year the Jedi and clone commanders had little to no experience on Leading a army into battle against a droid army that was either being lead by one of those capital droids or a experienced leader like trench
Im guessing that the separatists will win the battle, forcing the clone army off of the planet. They will then gather a massive fleet on Anaxis and threaten an attack on Coruscant if the CIS is not given freedom. A peace deal will be made and people will rejoice that the Clone Wars are finally coming to an end.
