I did give Madame Web a chance earlier this year, but if it's never going to amount to anything further from its initial setup when most of the movie just felt like it was setting up the character for something bigger then I'm just left feeling like I completely wasted my time on it. The first couple of Venom films I enjoyed, but Last Dance similarly feels less like its own standalone movie like the first two and more like one large setup for something bigger to come with Knull, so for now we're just left waiting to see if Sony's going to go anywhere with that either and how well they would deliver on it.
i hope so. a live action king in black story would really benefit from an infinity saga level writing. long and planned out. the end of it could really be its own movie separate of an avengers movie. just a “king in black” movie.
Spider-Man is being wasted on The Avengers. I mean, it was nice while it lasted, but it's time to go. In the comics, Spider-Man is at his best when he's doing his Spider-Man thing. Who's doing who a favor? Who's benefitting the most from the deal?

You said in the video that Doom is a variant of Tony Stark, I don’t think that is accurate, I’m pretty sure they have stated he is playing Victor Von Doom.
And Victor Timely is Kang, they dont need to have the same name to be variant

If Knull will travel through the Multiverse movies such Eternals and Love & Thunder could have finally a meaning. Maybe the Champion Knull I referring could be Gorr.
If they manage a sinister 6, I guess it’d be Vulture, Morbius, Kraven, Rhino, a Scorpion variant, and Prowler. But more importantly, I agree on the basis that Doomsday needs to be a story that sets up who Doom actually is and what his actual plan but he doesn’t get to actually enact the creation of Battleworld until Secret Wars where the Beyonder is the villain until Doom does his thing. From there; either they extend phase 6 to tell more stories - as Spider-Man, Xmen, Dr Strange, Blade/Midnight Sons, and Thor/Cosmic film need to be much more clarified (as they’re NEEDED and wanted) before finishing the Secret Wars story. There just needs to be a Phase 7 that ends with two more avengers films that sees the defeat of God Emperor Doom and the undoing of Battleworld, as it would be a disgrace to the character of Doom and RDJ, himself, to be introduced and defeated in the same phase.
Now I know some people don't want Knull in Spider-Man 4 and thats fair, but I'd MUCH rather that than Sony attempt to do an Avengers style film with all their Spider-Man villain characters vs Knull. That would just be so fucking cringe I can’t 😩

I feel like a good compromise Sony and Disney/Marvel could do is Sony gives all things Spiderman to them so Disney/Marvel can make great series and movies and Disney/Marvel gives all Marvel characters to Sony but only for games no movie or series couse Sony's Spiderman is great and i heard rumors that the Wolverine game that will come will also be great and i mean Spiderman great. couse the Avenger, Gardians of the galaxy and midnight suns was okey but not good or great, so i think Sony could have done a much better game. also Sony could Maybe and its a maybe get to do the Miles Morales movies couse those are great too. I can’t help but think that the concept of Doom gathering heroes to fight variants of himself or others is not a coincidence. That’s the plot to the upcoming Rivals game which is getting a lot of coverage.

I think if there is a connection between knull and the mcu it'll probably come in the way of the sentry in thunderbolts. As they kind of subtly imply a connection between knull and the void they could say the bit of venom left behind was one piece used to make the sentry then within him it grew into the void and then go and free knull.
I think you need to get rid of all if the symbiote including the sheddings ti get rid if the codex the little bit if venim left might have enough to keep him locked up

Thay would be Great......Doom takes nulls power and controls the multiverse with it, also the black symbiote arc can be connected with it. Like in the end of Doomsday, ton dies but gets revived by the symbiote teasing Black spiderman for Secret Wars. He could not deliver that a tiny lookalike can do such bad thing.

11:03 Sony is right, NEAR THE END OF THE MV SAGA, you need MV stories, doh Sony has DEF NO PLAN on how to do it. Marvel will have anyway street-level spidey after soft reboot again, but they are so devoted to give fans the pleasing, that they would even do a street level, because fans want it, no matter if fitting the saga or not. Solution for now, make the MV Spidey movie, but no cameo festival, bring the MV saga to an end and then leave spidey to Marvel and have the street level „everybody“ awaits.
Theory time: Wanda was critically injured and has amnesia from when Mt Wundagore crumbled on her head, Doom needs her reality warping abilities to help save the multiverse from incursions and Knull, and the remnants of the Avengers along with the newly formed Young Avengers including Wiccan, try to stop Doom without realizing Dooms true intention of saving the multiverse, in the end all that can be saved is formed into Battleworld.

I really think they have no plans with no and with how they reshot that no way home scene makes me believe they wants nothing to do with the MCU. They retcon that whole scene and took out the Spiderman part for some reason. I feel like this was just an empty gesture. Probably not going to have anything happen with it
I feel like if one of them dying supposed to keep knull imprisoned then it would make sense he’s freed . Venom didn’t die fully cuz a piece of him is still in the mcu universe
Did anyone think they were trying to set up a retcon agent venom? In the final battle, every symbiote and soldier were pureed into mist, except one. One was conveniently slowly fed into the CGI monster up to his knees until saved by one of the symbiotes, still alive and legless. It was not implied that the soldier was Flash Thompson, but I wouldn't put it past Sony to just make Agent Venom a different person. After all, Flash already exists in the spiderman MCU universe.
The only side story of the film I was interested in was thinking that main doctor was going to turn into Scorn at somepoint with the full weaponised arm and everything, I guess not, I don’t actually even know tbh. So confusing 😅
I truly hope we see more of knull. Hes the ultimate villain an sad half these people have no idea lol. I said this a few days to the movie releasing what if DOOM. Saves the day. At this point they could go any direction we all gotta wait an see.

I sat through what felt like an eternity. With the thought, if Knull was the mid credit scene, what's the post credit... could have left for food or to sleep. Nope. Only thing enjoyable was the start of the credits. Seeing venom animals was interesting to say the least.

I did give Madame Web a chance earlier this year, but if it's never going to amount to anything further from its initial setup when most of the movie just felt like it was setting up the character for something bigger then I'm just left feeling like I completely wasted my time on it.
The first couple of Venom films I enjoyed, but Last Dance similarly feels less like its own standalone movie like the first two and more like one large setup for something bigger to come with Knull, so for now we're just left waiting to see if Sony's going to go anywhere with that either and how well they would deliver on it.
i hope so. a live action king in black story would really benefit from an infinity saga level writing. long and planned out. the end of it could really be its own movie separate of an avengers movie. just a “king in black” movie.
I think the worst case scenario is Sony takes their cadre of mediocre villains and tries to do some Avengers style movie against Knull

If they manage a sinister 6, I guess it’d be Vulture, Morbius, Kraven, Rhino, a Scorpion variant, and Prowler.
But more importantly, I agree on the basis that Doomsday needs to be a story that sets up who Doom actually is and what his actual plan but he doesn’t get to actually enact the creation of Battleworld until Secret Wars where the Beyonder is the villain until Doom does his thing.
From there; either they extend phase 6 to tell more stories - as Spider-Man, Xmen, Dr Strange, Blade/Midnight Sons, and Thor/Cosmic film need to be much more clarified (as they’re NEEDED and wanted) before finishing the Secret Wars story.
There just needs to be a Phase 7 that ends with two more avengers films that sees the defeat of God Emperor Doom and the undoing of Battleworld, as it would be a disgrace to the character of Doom and RDJ, himself, to be introduced and defeated in the same phase.
Now I know some people don't want Knull in Spider-Man 4 and thats fair, but I'd MUCH rather that than Sony attempt to do an Avengers style film with all their Spider-Man villain characters vs Knull. That would just be so fucking cringe I can’t 😩

I think if there is a connection between knull and the mcu it'll probably come in the way of the sentry in thunderbolts. As they kind of subtly imply a connection between knull and the void they could say the bit of venom left behind was one piece used to make the sentry then within him it grew into the void and then go and free knull.
Knull is not a multiverse villain because in the comics there is a Knul in every Marvel corner of universe and its no just one entity of Knull

Did anyone think they were trying to set up a retcon agent venom? In the final battle, every symbiote and soldier were pureed into mist, except one. One was conveniently slowly fed into the CGI monster up to his knees until saved by one of the symbiotes, still alive and legless. It was not implied that the soldier was Flash Thompson, but I wouldn't put it past Sony to just make Agent Venom a different person. After all, Flash already exists in the spiderman MCU universe.
