Disclaimer: this video is not aimed at one single person. I show mostly one video thumbnail, but there are plenttyyy out there. And there's a demand for these videos, so I'm not condemning anyone who has made a video like this, I'm sure they didn't mean it in a malicious or hurtful way at all. Furthermore, there's a lot that goes unsaid in this video, and many points that I could elaborate on. In some ways we all feed this machine of body issues, wether it be leaving a negative comment about someone's appearance, or posting a picture showing off our bodies that causes insecurities for others. Some forms are intentional, some are completely consequential. I just thought that I wanted to feed the machine of body positivity, so please don't take anything in this video TOOOO literally.
Once again I'm super unsure wether this is just so cringe and lame, or kinda cool- but like I say in the video, hopefully it is helpful to at least someone is some small way... or something! :)

This was touching i always felt like I had to fix my self and being perfect like the "other girls" but know i understand that every one is different and special, no one should change who they are for other people to like them more , or to be famous and popular, just be YOU ,thank you for this video, I feel more confident about my body know❤

It's awesomely outlined. ....❤something u got a point. All we have to do is keep ourselves healthy fit.no fixings. God made us wonderful and perfect. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.
I do understand the message here and it is true and all, but the girl in this video that said "fix your hip dips" wasn't judging anybody. She judged herself and thought maybe she could help someone else who felt like she did. Kind over matter isn't always as easy as just doing exercise and I know that she was only trying to help others, not bring them down.
If I found a super awesome remedy for acne that wasn't known, I would share it, just for the sake of trying to help someone who couldn't do the kind over matter thing and I think that is what she was trying to do. Though I get your message too. The heart matters the most.
