  • HOW TO STOP HAIR LOSS: VITAMIN D3 IS THE ANSWER!
    You probably need to take vitamin D3. If you spend most of your time indoors like I do, and when you're outside, you wear sunscreen, which blocks the absorption of vitamin D3, then there's hardly any other way for you to get vitamin D, except from the sun. It's highly likely that you are deficient in vitamin D3. There are medical and trichological ranges to consider. Ideally, for the trichological range related to hair health, you want your vitamin D levels to be at least 60 nanograms per milliliter. If it's below sixty nanograms per milliliter, which is the standard measurement in the United States, you should take it more seriously. If it's around 50, it's not too bad, but if it's 30, you have some issues. If you have less than 30, then you have significant problems, and there's no doubt that it will affect your hair.

    Wearing a cap when I move outside has reduced my hair fall by protecting it from dust and pollution. Washing my hair 3 times weekly with litttlleextra cocoonniion shampoo and hair oil has been the most important thing. It really works and I've been doing it for the past, and I no longer experience hair fall.

      Littlellextra Cocoonioon is a great choice for those with sensitive scalp. It helped in reducing hair loss, strengthen hair follicles, and promote healthy hair growth. It made my hair smooth, hydrated, and fuller.

      regrow is slower, as it is a hairfall. Mind hairfall doesnt start at the moment you see shedding. It starts way before it.

    • @LeComteDorer
      @LeComteDorer Год назад +3

      There can be a lot of causes to utilisation/absorption problems on vit.d like undelying deficiencies of co-factors or trace minerals like boron. You can have gut issues that blocks absorption, then you need to take larger doses. I’m well documented but not professional or anything, just trying to help.

      @@summersalixHi! I am certainly not a professional either, but just like to help others if I can. I have seen liquid Vitamin D Supplements at the health food store. Maybe that would absorb a bit better for you. Or perhaps even a softgel capsule might work better than a dry capsule or a tablet. Just an idea, but hopefully it will work out better for you. I wish you good health always! Have a great weekend!
