The second pond image works better than the first pond image for me; the eye naturally reads from left to right and follows the left hand branch into the image. Excellent!
Similar weather here in Australia. Blue skies becoming more frequently now we are in to spring. Often wonder who looks after your shop when your out and about? Always look forward to your videos Paul.
Paul your 1st shot is beautiful. The shots around the pond are fairy tale like. Although I like the 3rd shot with the big lens over the water. Alwwway enjoy following you because you're like the working class photographer. You struggle, you make mistakes, but you keep pushing forward and growing. Alot of us can really relate. Thanks Paul
Glad you went back Paul. Must say I'm impressed by your local patch. As for the lily pond it's got to be the pano for me. It just opens it up. But then I thought you had a good haul on this outing, and the simplicity of that first shot is a winner.
Looks like you had a very pleasant day once you managed to get your domestic duties sorted, must agree with your comments about getting out and about whenever you can. Great images but like many of the others the second pond image gets my vote.
Hi Paul, I like the 16:9 photo better. It must be nice to be wearing an insulated jacket in September...here in east Texas we are facing 36C temperatures today and days to follow!
Hello Paul. A grand day out. First pond image for me. It is more balanced compositionally for my tastes. Also, once autumn does kick in that scene is going to look utterly lovely. If I may ask, what camera LCD capture device are you using? I've tried an Inkee Benbox but am suffering from frame drops for some reason. Thanks in advance.
@@terrymoores8175 Because although there was very little movement occasionally a slight breeze came through so I minimised the impact by using a slightly higher iso to control my sp .

Excellent video Paul. Totally agree, I'm out every day whatever the weather.
My eyes are more attracked by the pano version and seem to have more to discover. Well done !
That second pond shot was a stunner! Well done, Paul!

Prefer the second pond composition. The eye wanders about in a calming manner
I think the second pano of the pale works best Paul. Lovely image

Gracias Paul por los consejos, me ayudan bastante a continuar con la fotografia.Un saludo
I could see on the back of the camera the second / pano shot was much better. Beautiful area.

Prefer the second panoramic shot of the pond, love the big tree hanging over the pond
@@mariamullin4031 Thanks so much 😁✌️
I prefer the image with the tree to the left.

I wouldn't have thought a down jacket is needed in September
@@RamblingTog ha it is for me 🤣
@PaulthomsonphotographyUk good job you dont go up anything high

Pano for mine, Paul.
Why have you not used the lower or base iso on the shot as there is no movement in the scene?

Thank you for your reply, newby photographer . Really enjoy following your travels.
