I bought a plot near shankarpalli nadigaon around 2019 for 20K per sq yard. Now I want to sell the plot. But buyers are telling that there is not much than 42K per sq yard. We expected at least 45K per sq yard. What do you suggest. To wait or go with current price as per buyers.
