Dear Venkat I had almost watched your blogs on Real estate awareness and truly got educated on the subject which till now I believed to be based on manipulation and show window business. ఈ రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ ఏజెంట్లు దొంగ మాటలు చెప్పి కమిషన్ కోసం రకరకాల మాయమాటలు చెప్పి వినియోగదారులతో కొన్ని పిలుస్తారు. ఆ కమిషన్ ను నలుగురు ఐదుగురు పంచుకుంటారు. వినియోగదారుడు ఆ ప్లాటు అమ్మబోతే సగం రేటు కూడా ఎవరు కొనరు. నా అనుభవంతో చెబుతున్నాను ఆ ప్లాటు చివరకు సగం రేటుకి అమ్ముకునే పరిస్థితి వచ్చింది.
