    This is GREAT !
Best line up of the band in my opinion.
Cant find anything out there with these guys, and especially the great George Ed Powell. Vocals and writing were some of the best ever! Thanks so much..!!

It's the Two Lane Highway lineup. On this song it's Mike Reilly : Lead vocals, Bass Guitar - Larry Goshorn lead guitar vocals -George Ed Powell rhythm guitar vocals - John David Call the Ponitff of Pedal Steel, - Billy HInds Drums - I don't see Mike Connor piano player.

Piano player is at the left of the filmed frame about 0:55.

Pretty sure that's the hardly ever seen George Ed Powell over on the right playing at least some of the leads. At least one of the Goshorn brothers is there too. Pretty cool.. Thanks!

First of all a big hello to Jeff !! I'm sorry I never saw your PM's you sent me. I only saw them very recently. I hope we can get in touch very soon and catch up, it has been a long long time for just about everything it seems.
Here's the link to the library info re the show from March 18 1977

What a great video !! The incredible Two Lane Highway lineup ! Quite some time ago I wrote to Duke and got photos from PPL's 1972 concert there with Craig , a real memento of PPL's start. Never got to use them on the PPL website , a real shame.
David, Jeff will come back here i'm sure. He'll tell you who he is and his relation to PPL, real interesting ! I'll check back too and I too would love to get my hands on more of this video. Tough to come by some of these PPL shows from back then .
Thanks David for putting this up, great stuff from a die hard PPL prairie dog.
    Tom

Hi Jeff. Were you one of the musicians on this tour? If the show's original footage exists, it would be found in the Duke University archives. find.library.duke.edu/catalog/DUKE003489472?.duke.edu&
I was a co-founder of Duke's student cable TV station, and remember the show. The piece I posted on RUclips is the only one in my possession.
