As a sevagoth main, there is 2 thing i want to say about shadow. First is the strentgh of shadow first ability scale only from sevagoth strentgh. Meaning if you mod for strenght only shadow second ability benefit from it. Death harvest inflict literaly the same status as reap. That mean you can dump all strength from shadow and still benefit from the strentgh sevagoth as. Second thing is any archon mod you equip on shadow, not sevagoth, will apply to his claw attack. Sevagoth as a exalted warframe. And this frame as an exalted weapon. Yet the exalted frame is considered a whole new frame,so no exalted rulr apply to shadow.If you need more tip i can help. Did a lot of test on this frame.
Glad you tried out the base kit. I always try out the frame's base kit first and then play around a bit with what I'd like to do. For example I love Dante's noctua skill, but nourish makes my build a 1000 times better, but he's base kit is just so insane.
Personally i just cant bring myself to helminth, it feels wrong using an ability that doesnt match the theme of the frame to me lol the only things ive helminthed so far is firewalk over embers 1 and roar over vorunas 4 since they both still fit
funny thing is i replace my protea's 4th with gloom and when the strength is high enough it feels like the world is in slow motion as if i slowed down time i mean the recent arcon hunt was super easy with her getting a + 300% on top of what i had for her
got back to the game after an month, thought i knew alot about him until i saw what certain mods did from ur vid. the undying will is an great addition. also love your fashion frame on him.
Id recommend replacing rolling guard with fast deflection on base Sevagoth. For most content, fast deflection and primed redirection is enough to save you from virtually anything. Thats mostly personal preference though. Ironically, for the shadow you want the opposite. Catalyzing shields instead of primed redirection simply because the shields on shadow by default are already REALLY small. Also open up the exilus slot for Shadow and put preparation in there. Every time Shadow is summoned, it counts as a new respawn so it will max out his energy allowing you to spam 2 or 3 as much as you like. You said you don't care about ability strength on Shadow and thats generally the common approach, but why have blind rage and molt augmented in that case? Why not swap molt augmented for something the makes Shadow DEFINITELY stay alive like Aegis? Shadow claws, pretty good. Last mod slot is open, Id add killing blow in there. Keep in mind Shadow CAN do heavy attacks when Sevagoth is down, so having something to rip through overguard so you can consume them is not a bad idea. If you only use shadow for self revive, I recommend magnetic damage in that case since Jade Shadows made it so overguard is more vulnerable to magnetic.
Took an insane amount of time to realize that this works similiar to EV marked for death trinity where you would use viral stacks to do amplify the true damage which would allow you to oneshot anything that can receive 10 viral stacks but this is way more fun and busted 😂😂😂

Yo did you ever build him for the rad damage he does with his 1 I think?I'm thinking of building for that with 5 tau shards just for the hell of it

If you reap what you sow is the blast affected by mods or is it flat and unchanged no matter the strength and range
