Had the same problem on my CVO, would happen constantly. I would have to shut the bike off, wait about 5mins, then the music would play again. Then the last time, the music wouldn’t come back. Still happens from time to time, but if you pull the main fuse and wait 10-20secs it will come back on. Doesn’t happen nearly as much after getting the updates. I also found that letting the bike completely boot up (Harley Davidson logo disappears) I get a lot less trouble. Great video Gpops!

It took them a week to fix mine. They were able to do it without being plugged in to a tender
Same problem here, harley hasn't been able to fix yet. I installed a disconnect switch just so I didn't have to pull the bag/side cover/main fuse everytime I lost audio. Will mention this video to them. Did you document the flash #'s they updated?
What they told me was these were two of the latest updates.

My 2024 CVO RG lost its audio software shortly after I purchased it. Took about 10 days in the shop waiting for the software upgrade about 45 days ago. Tonight no sound again! No speakers connected. Apparently it dropped the software again. I’ll drop it by the shop this weekend. Maybe they can fix the system permanently this time. Tomorrow I’ll also call Harley customer service and log a complaint. Looks like I may have to use the NC lemon law. Such a disappointment…..

It took them two months to fix my audio. I told him give me another bike. They fixed it the same week.

So.. the battery doesnt stay charged... concerning
The updates do take current from the battery while the updates are uploading that's why it's important to have the battery connected to the charger until the updates are completed.
