They do over price Breyers at antique shops. I try getting them to barter but they're always like "uh no." I found a bunch of FAMs at one for 18 dollars each and all in horrible condition. Just bums me out.
I just know by recognizing all the molds, but on some models there is the Breyer logo under their leg, but mold recognition and when the plastic “feels” like a Breyer is how I usually know.
As a non-fan and someone who doesn't understand anything about those horses, why do you say they are overpriced? I would love a bit of education about these horses :) ?
Hi! It’s based off of condition, rarity/quantity, and just general value in the hobby. People tend to think since it’s vintage it’s worth a lot more even if it very beat up- but in reality if it wasn’t some sort of special or limited run of some sort (even pre 2000) they aren’t worth a whole lot (with a few exceptions) if the quality isn’t great. You really pick up on value and getting good idea of what something is worth with minimal info the longer you are in the hobby lol
Yay, I can’t wait to watch this! I absolutely love these videos!🤍
Geez , I loved that collie
I love these videos😂!!! Can't wait to watch breyer trot!
Oh man, I wish I was there, that big horse head on the wall, looks like it would be perfect for displaying my old Garcia spade bit and bridle.
I would've also absolutely bought that fox trotter!
Also I was so happy when I saw the Olivia Rodrigo Stanley!🥹😂🤍

How do I tell if it’s a Breyer model
