I like Queen Elizabeth's Brazilian aquamarine tiara, personally, but if I were to redesign it, the center stone would be set horizontal instead of vertical, and the apexes of each point on the tiara would be less extreme.
I think some are historic so it would be different fashions. And also gifts from other sovreigns and nations. Redesigning some of these old pieces would be like adding modern eyebrows to portraits of women by old masters.ie they are museum pieces.
The stones were given to the queen so they are not heritage pieces. She had them made into this parure ( set). The high rectangular stone juxtaposed against the curvalingular designs on the sides just just doesn't " work". I agree with Patrick Gnome, placing the large stone on its side would improve the setting immensely. @desleighfisher980
Good evening Brittnay, I'm with you on the Swedish Kokoshnik Tiara! It is a beautiful aquamarine tiara. Princess M's eyes pop when she wears those stones!!
As the video explain the swedish aquamarine kokoshnik was given as a wedding gift for Margeret of Connaoght at her wedding to the crownprince Gustav Adolf of Sweden in 1905. It’s supposed that the tiara was previously the property of her paternal grandmother princess Maria Anna of Anhalt-Dessau, but that has not been confirmed. The Greville emerald kokoshnik was constructed by Boucheron in 1921 for Dame Margeret Greville. It was bequeathed to Queen Élisabeth (the queen mother) in 1942.
@@lianest-germain2903 Two actually The one has a large single stone... The other has 5 stones set with Diamonds set to look like a Ribbon running through them
The swedish tiara is so beautiful. Especial on Princess Madeleine. The gems in Queen Elisabeths tiara have a fabulus color, but as you say, the design is terrible. Too much of everything.
Agree about QE2’s tiara. For me the shape of the center stone standing upright looks strange. Love Princess Madeline’s tiara. Of course, you could put a bucket on her head and she would still be stunning. One of the prettiest royal ladies ever.
There are three others in the UK RF: The aquamarine pine cone tiara made for the Queen Mother and now with Princess Ann. The Duchess of Edinburgh tiara/necklace. And the Five aquamarine tiara that QEII wore originally but lent it to Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh
What about the tiara that Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh wears sometimes? That also has aquamarines in it, right? I personally favour the one Madeleine of Sweden is wearing❤
Thank you, I'm not a fan of QEII's aquamarine tiara either I find it far too heavy/bulky (I feel similarly about the Burmese ruby tiara which was designed by/for her), I prefer aquamarines in a lighter more graceful setting and I agree that the Faberge tiara is stunning.
I believe both Queen Alexandra and Queen Mary had great taste in jewelry. During Alexandra's time (in the days before WWI), she wore a boatload of jewels for her coronation. Queen Mary's reign was between the wars but was the last person to wear Cullinan I and II for important occasions. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, Elizabeth II and Queen Camilla dialed down the amount of jewelry worn today, out of consideration for the times (WWII, austerity measures, cost-of-living crises), plus it somewhat fell out of fashion. Not a fan of the Brazilian Aquamarine Tiara, either. Not wild about the design, some stones are too big, but when it's a gift from the people of Brazil, what are you going to do?! 100% agree...The Kokoshnik Tiara, worn by Princess Madeline, looks best on her. It suits her pretty blue eyes. IMO Crown Princess Victoria seems to wear the Baden Fringe Tiara better.
Evening Brittany!, I love your video on the Aquamarine Tiaras , however, you forgot to mention Sophie , Duchess of Edinburgh's two aquamarine tiaras. The aquamarine ribbon tiara and her aquamarine lobster claw tiara and the pine cone tiara now worn by Princess Anne. Maybe next Tuesday you will be able to do a video on the pine cone. Tiara , the ribbon tiara and the lobster claw tiara. My favorite of the aquamarine Tiara video are the Faberge Tiara and the swedish tiara. Once again, I love your videos and I look forward to watching another one.
I work at the Houston Museum of Natural Science and Faberge is one of the exhibits I get to speak about. It is BEAUTIFUL. We actually have three tiaras on display with the Faberge pieces. I've taken a few pictures of this one because I have always thought it was stunning and I'm a big aquamarine fan, well anything blue 😀 Love your videos as always.
I would have to say the Faberge is Absolutely Beautiful! My new favorite. I may have to take that drive to Houston to see it. I like the Brazilian, but it needs to be redesigned. Maybe Princess Catherine will be the one to do so. Thank you for another amazing video!
I think the issue with the QEII's Brazilian tiara is that the aquamarine in the center is too big and too tall, and below in the middle; it has another big aquamarine which opaques and makes the one above even larger than it already is... the gem should be an added color not the main feature of the tiara, but with that specific design it just overwhelms it. Thank you for another video Ms. Brittany. 💜💜
I am not a fan of tiaras that have the large stones sticking up but I like the delicate base of the Faberge piece. Brittany-I read once about 12 women who went together to buy a diamond necklace and they each would have it for 1 month a year...I would definitely be up for a share in a tiara! ❤🥰
They could improve the Cyclops 100% by adding two large diamonds on either side…And I agree. The Brazilian set is so huge and colorful it comes across as gaudy. Take out that giant stone and make that into a stunner broach and use the gems in the necklace to replace that center stone….or something! It’s too much.
I also love aquamarines! It's my birthstone and I've been trying for you years to find a really pretty aquamarine stone to put in a ring or a necklace with no success. Sadly, I don't have a fortune to spend on it or I could probably do it a lot easier. All the aquamarines nowadays are so pale blue that they're almost colorless. When I was a little girl, my mom and dad got me an aquamarine ring and it was almost a green color and now they're almost clear. Very pale blue. I am still on a search and if I find anything exciting as a source I'll let you know 🙂
I read that commercially sold aquamarines are heat-treated to get rid of the greenish tint because for a long time the pale blue color was generally preferred. But I'm with you -- I love that true aqua, green-blue color!
The tiara was too big for QE2 IMO. I've never been a big fan of it. I think my opinion may change once HM Camilla wears it; I hated the Greville tiara but QC wears it well.
I honestly cannot think of anyone who would be able to wear the Greville tiara like QC. That thing is massive but she somehow works it 😂 now that you mentioned it I too would like to see her in the Brazilian aquamarine tiara. Though, I personally vote for the tiara to be reset.
I am a big fan of aquamarine jewelry. I agree with you on Queen Elizabeth II Aquamarine tiara. It's too much. I really really like the Cyclops Tiara. It's one of my favorites. Very elegant. I think it would be one of the more comfortable tiaras to wear. Wouldn't it be great if all of us tiara loving people could all go at the same time and look at them. I think k it would be a hoot!! Thank you, Brittany, for this great video, as usual. ❤
Hi Brittney....I DO really like the aquamarine tiara that you don't care for. I agree that it IS a bit over-the-top but in a strange way it so suits HMQE.
It'd be interesting to see what it looks like on someone else. It might grow on me then, but as of now, it's definitely not one of my favorites! Thanks for watching!!
Faberge: unusual setting for the aquamarines, which enhances the ability of light to go through- ethereal! And Cyclops: a very contemporary, minimalistic design that displays the main gem free of distracting elements
I like all the tiaras, especially the one you don't favor, which seems a bit too chunky and overpowering for a petite queen to be wearing. Personally, I love emerald-cut stones and I love the crown's matching necklace, earrings, and bracelet. Is there a matching cocktail ring, as well? There ought to be! The cyclops is also so beautiful and it would not give me a headache ;)
Good morning Brittany! I didn’t see this last night. Of course the Kokoshnik Aquamarine tiara is absolutely the best. The only problem with Queen Elizabeth’s tiara is the biggest aquamarine. It looks too big & wrong! Halve it & it would be much better. The tiara itself is absolutely beautiful & is only ruined by its centerpiece, which happens to be sitting just above another aquamarine in the band of those below. I would replace the main aquamarine & complete the top with a smaller one & more diamonds. I love the pretty little single aquamarine band. It’s fun. I really love the pear shaped aquamarine tiara too and the one that you showed that used to be able to be rented. So, they’re all beautiful in my mind. One just needs a smaller center aquamarine. First time I’ll say a gemstone is just too big!!!! Lol 💎💕
Just a thought - when wearing something really eye catching like a Kokoshnik tiara, do NOT go overboard with shoulder length earrings even if they are diamonds. The two items fight for attention and you end up with a discordant note. I’m guessing that royalty would never wear simple diamond studs which would be the perfect complement. However fairly simple earrings (small dangle only) in either diamond or aquamarine would work beautifully. Just because you have millions of dollars in gems doesn’t mean you should wear them all. Elizabeth Taylor used to do it and she invariably looked cheap and tacky. (Yes you can look cheap with a million dollars on your body. Ok, I’m pretty much in agreement with you as to the beauty of the aquamarine tiaras. Excepting Queen Elizabeth’s tiara. That one looks like a hodgepodge of designs, thrown together and considering the British habit of throwing a shoulder sash, the Queens portrait and 2 hands full of jewelry, a total mess. Frankly the end result is to make the wearer look like mutton dressed up like lamb. So I guess my final thought is that you can look either wonderful or horrible and good taste isn’t automatically guaranteed by how much you’re worth.
Cyclops reminds me of The Neverending Story. Love the one you don’t like. That said, the one is unique and I imagine most folks react strongly to it one way or the other. Thanks for putting this together, Miss B!
You are so welcome!! Yes, I think the Brazilian tiara is one of those that you either like it or hate it. Theres not much in-between. Thanks for watching!!
QEII's Brazilian aquamarine tiara has Santa Maria stones, which are now mined out. The quality is superb, but the largest stone is rather awkward. The Faberge tiara has the diamonds in an Edwardian Garland style. I love the kokoshnik and the Cyclops is actually fun!
I love your channel! Its this Texas cowgirl's way of learning a little culture. I love the tiaras,,,the Kokoshnik is my favorite, the intense color of the Aquamarines and the design is exquisite! Thank you!
COMPLETELY agree with you! The Swedish Aquamarine Kokoshnik is superb, and looks absolutely gorgeous on Princess Madeleine. It's long been one of my favorites. However, I've always loathed the Brazilian Aquamarine. It looks like a little girl's cheap toy tiara. Clunky and inelegant. Frankly, I don't think the late queen had great taste in jewelry design. I also dislike the only other tiara she commissioned during her long reign, the Burmese Ruby. It looks like fireworks on her head. I live in Houston, and have been to the McFerrin Faberge Collection at the HMNS several times. It's the largest private collection of Faberge pieces in the world, and it's magnificent! The tiara is beautiful in person.
@@cristinamariagandolfi493 I've always wondered if they keep the frame and settings. It would be wonderful if previously dis-mantled tiaras could be put back together.
Woo Hoo! Tiara Tuesday! Have to agree with you Brittany, the Kokoshnik Tiara IMHO, outdoes Her late Majesty's Brazilian aquamarine tiars. Having said that, The Faberge and Bentley and Skinner Tiaras out-do the first 2 tiaras mention, at least for me. The designs are more timeless and much more esthetically. The "Cyclops" tiara is probably better suited to a young teen, which is why I believe it was created for Princess Madeline. Much love and cheers from Canada!
Thank you so much for nailing princess Sibyllas name 👏🏻 That made me really happy. I too love the kokoshnik, and with the extra diamond base it really pops! I’m not a big fan of the Brazilian, and I agree with you that reducing the size of the stones, or maybe cut them in a more round shape, would make it slightly better. Great video! Thank you 👑
My least favourite is the Cyclops Tiara it’s just a bizarre design .I love the Swedish Kokoshnik & agree that the Brazillian one could be better designed . My favourite Aquamarine Tiara is Princess Anne’s Cartier Pineflower Tiara which was from her Grandmother about the time of her wedding to Captain Mark Phillips . I believe it was originally a Silver wedding present from George VI for his wife . I think Princess Anne has had it remodelled in the 90s . She has worn it in some official portraits . The Duchess of Kent also had a beautiful floral Aquamarine Tiara but I haven’t seen that one for quite some time . Aquamarines are my favourites PS I’ve just googled and apparently the Kent Tiara was sold in the 1990s and was last in Auction in 2014 & sold for over $200,000 . It’s called the Fouquet Aquamarine Tiara
Get yourself that aquamarine ring! My son and DIL share March birthdays, but long before he met her, I found a 12 karat oval aqua and had it put in a yellow gold setting for a right hand ring. I love it. I also have a 5 karat emerald cut in a white gold setting with a pave diamond halo and split shank pave diamond band. I suggested to my son that he give her an aquamarine engagement ring, but she wanted a smaller diamond (she's not blingy like me). I wear it often for formal, as well as casual events.
Hey Brittnay, I follow Christie's auctions only for the jewels! There are more tiaras that come up for auction than you would think! Fabrage made the most delicate tiaras and my favorite, the Josephine diamond tiara.
I actually don't mind Queen Elizabeth's Brazilian aquamarine tiara because I really love the color of the stones. I think if it looked the same all the way across as it does at the sides instead of having the huge rectangular aquamarine poking up in the middle, it would look a lot more beautiful though.
Loved the video! Princess Madeleine’s aquamarine tiaras are my favorite. I also like Princess Anne and Duchess Sophie’s aquamarine tiaras as well. Maybe you could do another video on them this month. Sophie has two and Anne has a more splendid one.
Oh boy! Gonna have to think on this one girl I am a March born gal and Aquamarine is my favorite! They are all gorgeous but I have to think about which one is my absolute heart’s desire!
I am a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America. I agree with you 100%. You are spot on! Queen Elizabeth II's Brazilian Aquamarine tiara is clumsy, awkward and - as you say - cringe worthy. The Swedish Kokoshnik tiara is simply the loveliest aqua tiara I ever saw.
I like Queen Elizabeth’s aquamarine parure. It is a bit over the top, but if the Queen of England can’t be over the top who can? The fan design is reminiscent to me of the lotus tiara design. I love the Faberge tiara. It’s gorgeous. The Cyclops I’m not sure about. On one hand if you’re required to wear a tiara for a long time, especially a young woman, I get it. On the other hand, eh, it’s just ok. The Swedish aquamarine tiara is beautiful.
Our tastes are definitely different.😂 My choices are the exact opposite of yours. My favorite, was the one Queen Elizabeth was wearing. The one I disliked the most, was the Swedish one. Different strokes for different folks. It’s what makes the work go round. I always look forward to & enjoy your videos! Thank you so much for sharing!
That Faberge Tiara looks like you can take it off its setting and wear it as a necklace/choker. You might even be able to twist off the aquamarines to use separately as well, say, the largest as a pendant necklace and two others as drop earrings. I love the mix and match creativity of a lot of these tiaras - they were so expensive to begin with so it gives you value for money.
I have tried to find anything published in books or internet to support your theory, but unfortunately this particular piece seems to be fixed in it’s tiara form. I am fascinated by the workmanship, creativity and ingenuity of the convertible pieces of jewelry. It would have been fantastic if the aquamarines where detachable/replaceable with other gemstones.
God Heavens! Gustaf adolf of Sweden’s wives were Margaret of Connaught and Louise Mountbatten, Sibilla of Saxe Coburgh Gotha was his daughter-in-law, not his wife!
Hi Brittany, thanks for the really interesting video. I love Aquamarines, I have a pair of drop earrings gifted to me by my great Grandmother a beautiful necklace that my sisters gave me for my 50th birthday that I wear all the time. Like you though I really don't like the Brazilian Suite that is owned by the British Royal Family, when I think of the vast vault my Royal Family has to choose from I wonder why any lady would pick that suite! Of course the late Queen Elizabeth would wear it on visits to Brazil and when there were Brazilian dignitaries visiting Britain. I just think the stones are too big and not very well cut, they are bit ugly actually. Thanks again for the video, like you, I love all things shiny and sparkly and always enjoy your Tiara Tuesdays. Best wishes to you and Miss Pippa.
I have a jewelry question regarding Diana’s sapphire and pearl choker she wore when she danced with John Travolta. Is it part of the Crown Jewels? I’ve never seen anyone else wear it. I never liked QE II’s aquamarine tiara absolutely love the Faberge tiara
Umm, so it was personally owned by Diana so it was inherited by her sons! Hopefully, we’ll see it on Catherine sometime in the future! Thanks for watching!
I’m Brazilian and don’t like the Brazilian aquamarine. But I am curious why in the world Brazil was gifting her so many jewels? Was that a common practice? Is it still a common practice? What is the connection between Brazil and the UK? 🤔
I wonder if someone cut that huge stone and then everyone thought, “What the heck are we going to do with this thing? It’s just too big.” “I’ll tell you what - let’s give it to Queen Elizabeth! She likes big gaudy stuff!” “Great idea, and I’m sure she’ll never realize that we just wanted to get rid of it!”
Definitely agree about Princess Madeline and aquamarines. They really highlight her eyes, and make her eyes and the stones both seem brighter. The "cyclops" tiara is definitely a bit unfortunate, but if anyone can pull it off, she can. Minimalist can be nice, but it seems... unfinished? Like the jeweler was running late making it for an event, so the princess just grabbed it and dashed out the door. Just fill in the frame with something. Anything! The bones are there to make something quite pretty. It was better worn low, more across her forehead, but still not great, imho.
Hi Britney! Long time fan, but I don't usually comment, so here's my two cents. I don't mind Queen Elizabeth II's Brazilian Aquamarine tiara, but I do see what you mean by it being harsh. It's the vertical rectangle-ness of the center stone that's off putting. My vote is for the Swedish Kokoshnik Aquamarine tiara 😊
I agree with you, especially about QE2s tiara. I have only clapped eyes on it recently and thought, yuk! I also do not like the necklace that she wears with it because IMO it is tooooo big and chunky and over the top. I was actually more enchanted with the flowers in front of Her Majesty in that photo!!! By the way, I have seen photos of the British royal family all my life, being a NZer with a very British culture, and I never took any notice of any of their jewellery until your channel!!! [My personal taste is for pearls and understated jewelry, although not tiny].
Aww, I’m so glad you’re finding a love for royal jewelry!!! Not only are they beautiful, but there’s often an amazing history attached! Thanks for watching!!
I like the Swedish Kokoshnik Tiara the best I don’t particularly care for the large aquamarine on the front of Queen Elizabeth II’s tiara. But when it boils down to it, I wouldn’t turn down any of them.
Sorry, I like Queen Elizabeth's aquamarine tiara. There is a very pretty aquamarine tiara that one of the Scandinavian princesses wears. It has ocean waves with a gorgeous aquamarine stone in the middle of each wave. Beautiful.
My favourite aquamarine tiara is the one worn by Duchess of Edinburgh “the five aquamarine tiara”. She has worn it on multiple occasions, and is stunning.
I like the one that the Dutch own. I a video with the sister in-law Laurentin wearing it and it sparkled and reflected the light so beautifully, fabulous.
I have to agree. Of all the late Queens tiaras the one I dislike the most is the Brazilian Aquamarine Tiara because it’s too big and clunky. The best thing to do with it would be to dismantle it and start again as Queen Mary often did. Princess Anne wears the Pinecone Tiara which is much nicer and Duchess Sophie has a lovely modern aquamarine tiara which she does wear as a tiara or necklace.
Queen Elizabeth´s brazilian aquamarine tiara is really awful, I do agree 100/100. Instead of it, the swedish aquamarine tiara is simply magnificent. I love your clips & comments. Thnx 4 your postings!
Absolutely love the Swedish aquamarine Tiara. Especially on princess madeleine. My favorite. I can only hope that bc the UK aquamarine Tiara isn’t really old or special that Queen Catherine will tinker with it to make it prettier.
I love the Swedish Kokoshnik and Princess Madeleine wears it to perfection. I’m not sure about Queen Elizabeth’s tiara, as it seems chunky but wonder if it would appeal more if worn by someone else and with a different hairstyle.
The Brazilian is horrible, but I don't think they will redesign it because it was designed by QEII. Honestly, the Brits need to redesign a few or pick up some at auction. I think out of the Houses their collection is the least pretty. I'm with you on the Swedish Koschnik and Faberge tiaras, they are absolutely stunning!
Yes, they are some of the most gorgeous pieces! I think they can redesign the tiara, as I don’t think that’ll be much of an issue. Thanks for watching!!
The Swedish Kokoshnik is gorgeous & could have been made for Princess Madeleine, it suits her so well. The late Queen’s Brazilian Tiara is very clumsy in design, does not in any way show the lovely stones well in my view
I would recommend against getting an aquamarine ring. I got myself one for my March birthday 35 years ago. All the jewelers recommended against it and tried to talk me into a sapphire. I insisted. When clean, it is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it is never clean. Because it is a soft stone, oils and dusts, etc always stick to it. It is not pretty dirty.
I agree with you on Queen Elizabeth’s aquamarine tiara. The stones are gorgeous but it looks like while they were designing it they weren’t sure what to do with the big rectangular stone. So they set it upright and smacked it dead center sticking straight up. I’d love to see them redesign it.
I am over the moon for the Fabergé tiara. Wow! QE’s tiara isn’t awful but the necklace is way too much. They probably would look better in their own tiara and still have enough for a necklace to match both. Cyclops is nice for a cleaner understated look, which I am not opposed to. Hair does really matter with that one too.
They're all lovely but I agree the Swedish Kokoshnik is the best. The Brazilian is just a bit overwhelming, they're lovely gems but they need a different setting. A more art deco design might work with the aquamarines which are square shaped.
I love good aqua! Yup The Kokoshnik is my favorite I love the big ovals. I love The Queens aqua but I'd like it east west I think it would be softened as I can't look at it as a whole it's too much. I do love the stones but all together it's overwhelming! Cyclops as a necklace! I love the Pear shapes in the tiara.
Love this video! ❤ and especially the last frase from Queen Margrethe of Denmark 🇩🇰 my Queen ❤❤❤ this is a frase, so befitting everything to do with jewellery ❤
Thanks for posting this, I loved it! And, while agree some of the tiaras were better tha others, I don't think anything that features my beautiful can be all bad😊.

It’s practically a ripoff of the queen’s Greville emerald kokoshnik. Probably from the same country.

I agree with you totally on the Queen's Aquamarine Tiara. It's absolutely horrible. Thank you for these posts on tiaras, I love them.
I agree. That huge rectangular stone would look better set horizontally as the central stone of a choker with 4 or 5 strands of pearls holding it.
Too cumbersome for HMTQ.
Too bulky to wear on a crown.
I think HRMTQ did not want to cut down such large stones, and they did the best they could. I will hope for a rework.

I think the Cyclops aquamarine would be lovely as the center stone in a diamond bandeau tiara like Princess Eugenie’s wedding tiara.
@@pompe221 That's really interesting! Thank you so much for the info and for replying 😊
My favorite tiara of all times is the Swedish Kokoshnik Aquamarine!
I love how you love the Cyclopes, as most find it divisive! Thanks for watching!!
Would you hate the tiara so much if someone gave it to you?
Hi Brittney....I DO really like the aquamarine tiara that you don't care for. I agree that it IS a bit over-the-top but in a strange way it so suits HMQE.
It'd be interesting to see what it looks like on someone else. It might grow on me then, but as of now, it's definitely not one of my favorites! Thanks for watching!!
Faberge: unusual setting for the aquamarines, which enhances the ability of light to go through- ethereal!
And Cyclops: a very contemporary, minimalistic design that displays the main gem free of distracting elements
They’re both so lovely! Thanks for watching!!
Yes, I kind of like the daintiness of the Cyclopes tiara. ☺️ Just not in love with the Brazilian. Thanks for watching!!
@@RoyalFashionNewsthe brazilian looks matronly.
*I absolutely love the Aquamarine tiara!* 💙👑💙
It is SCHWERIN, PRONOUNCED SHVERIN. NOT SHERWIN WILLIAMS, THAT IS A PAINT FOR THE WALLS OF ONE’S HOUSE.
Research into pronunciation is much appreciated.
And unfortunately to create the Burmese Ruby tiara she dismantled the wonderful Nizam of Hydebarad Cartier tiara!
Great video
Thanks!
Aquamarines are my favourites
PS I’ve just googled and apparently the Kent Tiara was sold in the 1990s and was last in Auction in 2014 & sold for over $200,000 . It’s called the Fouquet Aquamarine Tiara
The Swedish Kokoshnik tiara is so pretty that I almost get emotional looking at it. Just incredible beauty.
So agree about Queen Elizabeth tiara - break it up and start again.
I love Queen Elizabeth's aquamarine tiara. It's exactly what I imagined a queen would wear... big, bold, and beautiful.
I also thought the color of Queen Elizabeth’s aquamarines was particularly deep and rich
The stone colors are incredible, I’m just not in love with the design. Thanks for watching!!
Loved the video! Princess Madeleine’s aquamarine tiaras are my favorite. I also like Princess Anne and Duchess Sophie’s aquamarine tiaras as well. Maybe you could do another video on them this month. Sophie has two and Anne has a more splendid one.
My least favourite tiara is the Cyclops , with the Brazilian coming in second. My favorite was the Faberge tiara. Wonderful video, I loved it!💜
Oh boy! Gonna have to think on this one girl I am a March born gal and Aquamarine is my favorite! They are all gorgeous but I have to think about which one is my absolute heart’s desire!
It’s a hard choice!!
I agree, the British aquamarine tiara is u-gly. It's that huge central stone that bothers me.
Yeah, they need to soften it somehow. Thanks for watching!!
Hi Brittany, I think that the late Queen Elizabeth was too petite to carry that amount of aquamarines. Best wishes.
Love your Tiara shows. Did you ever do one on rubies or emeralds ? 👑
Not yet! I will though!
The Queen Elizabeth one is more like a crown than a tiara. 7:04

I am in love with the Swedish Aquamarine kokoshnik tiara. Gasp! ❤❤❤
I wonder if Queen Elizabeth’s aquamarine would look great in the type similar to the cyclops tiara?
Definitely agree about Princess Madeline and aquamarines. They really highlight her eyes, and make her eyes and the stones both seem brighter. The "cyclops" tiara is definitely a bit unfortunate, but if anyone can pull it off, she can. Minimalist can be nice, but it seems... unfinished? Like the jeweler was running late making it for an event, so the princess just grabbed it and dashed out the door. Just fill in the frame with something. Anything! The bones are there to make something quite pretty. It was better worn low, more across her forehead, but still not great, imho.
I have to agree with you on QE2s Tiara. Too large and rather bulky.
I think Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh has a aquamarine tiara. I do like hers.
She does, and there are others as well, but I just wanted to focus on these couple.
I love all your channels they are always informative and entertaining.
Queen Elizabeth's aquamarine tiara is an unusual design and looks very regal.
It is the centre stone it is too rectangular it comparison the the curvy design of the other component.
Yeah, I think it overpowers! Thanks for watching!!
I like the one that the Dutch own. I a video with the sister in-law Laurentin wearing it and it sparkled and reflected the light so beautifully, fabulous.
Princess Sibila of Luxemburg also has a wonderful aquamarine tiara.
I like Queen Elizabeth's tiara. It looks like a mini crown, which is "Queenly".
Agree about both the Swedish kokoshnik and QEII’s aquamarine tiaras. The Queen’s tiara has always struck me as looking rather “clumsy.”
Happy holidays ⛄⛄🎈🎈
Check in Princess Madeleines earrings, the long diamond bands... ...they are made of epaulettes from a uniform....
Thanks for posting this, I loved it! And, while agree some of the tiaras were better tha others, I don't think anything that features my beautiful can be all bad😊.
Agree, stunning!
I think Elizabeth’s tiara is absolutely beautiful and looks marvelous on her.
I agree with your assessments, we seem to have similar taste.
