I studied karate for about three years, and was about 6 months away from obtaining a black belt rank before my dad's job changed, and I moved about 18 hours away. I couldn't find a dojo like mine so I got depressed that I couldn't continue, and quit. Now, three years later, your videos inspired me to get back into martial arts, and I'm studying the Vietnamese style Cuong Nhu
Proud that all exercises have the Indian origin(yoga) ....and people from the world are practicing it...and martial arts was also originated from India...and Chinese opted it from Bodhidharma a Buddhist monk....

Last year(15 years old) it was my goal to do number 12(planche) but now(i am 16 years old) i can do it now i can do 100 push ups in a row 8 muscle ups 23 pull ups and much more things never give up just practise a lot

Ya, but more like Yoga you can say Kalaripayattu. Bodhi Dharma came to India to learn these things as the monks there were weak physically,and in spirituality and then he introduced Shaolin Kung Fu. Even the Indian classical dances make you physically strong. I am a former Bharatnatyam learner( I practiced for 4 years and left it incomplete;) but now when I started exercising I found I have already similar things in Dance. Like the curtsey lunges, sumo squats these are all included. That's why we sweat like hell in doing classical dances. So yeah, our ancient practices had all these significant things
