Great work. Been following your progress and know how tough it sometimes can be. I am in Jarabacoa and have a few years headstart on my gardens and house. I have built my guest cottage in Cobb. Gardens are terraced and some swales. I get to the N. Coast from time to time as my yacht is in one of the bays. If you find yourselves in Jarabacoa, come visit. We have lots in common to talk about.
Oh that's amazing, for sure let's meet up, I love Jarabacoa. I'll be back between July and October this year... If you want, you can send me your number to my email address, and we can get in touch that way: erik@ekdevelopments.com This is why I love RUclips haha, being able to get in touch with likeminded people you'd otherwise never meet is such a blessing. Much love. - Erik
Congratulations on all your progress. I've caught up to all your videos also, Thank you again and I look forward to watching more updates. Cheers Viking!
Oh man, thanks for watching the videos, it means a lot! Soon I'll be back in the Dominican and more videos will follow! Currently working on a recap video of the past year! Cheers
Note one month with limited tools you guys would have done it in half the time with all the proper tools. I'm loving it man it's looking fantastic great job 🎉🎉
Thanks so much for your comment! Yeah, I'm personally also still trying to figure out how I can make that a reality for myself... keep dreaming, one day it might come true
Wow you are doing some great work out there. Is there a name for the community you are in? I am planning to head to DR in a few months and wanted to see what the permaculture scene is like in the North (my family is from the South)
Thanks so much for the comment! We called the project "Riverside Abundance", but don't have an official name ;) If you want I can connect you with someone who can show you around at all the projects and show you the land around it... If you're interested, let's connect. You can email me at: Erik@ekdevelopments.com Much love
Hello, can you tell me where I can buy a piece of land that is not very expensive, I like to plant and I am looking for fertile land, not too steep, and not very expensive, something that I can afford. I want to move to the countryside with my family, husband and 4 children, but the land is expensive :)
Let's gooooooo, great progress, can't wait to plant some papayas there!
Many have been planted already... the first Papaya is growing already!
