Yes Bowie! another genius of music. He fought for black artists before it was a trend, he was a long time friend with Prince & he did not care to be "pop" famous or bow down to norms. Such a musical rebel!

I got to go to a David Bowie concert, he left this world a better place with his music, rest in peace David Bowie, we love you always.
Love your style.....i love the lyric as he goes from "sitting in a tin can" to "floating 'round my tin can" as he flies out to space. Bowie is an ICON!

Great Video this song was actually released in 69 so those lights were probably super hot and this song was way ahead of its time just like lots of Bowies work.
Ashes to Ashes is his -- and THE greatest music video ever, and it's the sequel to this masterpiece. You should also check out his incredible video for 'Jump They Say'; it's Bowie at his most dashing.

Bowie was to the 70s what the Beatles were to the 60s. Try videos for The Heart’s Filthy Lesson, Life on Mars, the live version of Moonage Daydream from The Ziggy Stardust movie, Heroes, John, I’m only Dancing, that’ll get you started!
FULLY had that shirt when I was young, and I was lucky enough to see him live in 1990 on the Sound + Vision tour--- when he did this among many other classics.
He would have big-screen projections going on in the background of short black-and-white films that he made. He would switch off effortlessly from piano to guitar to even some sax, all while dancing, jokin' around with the audience, and chain-smoking.
I've seen some other great people, but--- Bowie in '90? Completely spoiled me.
”Together with” is a tender question.
My favourite band seem to switch between Queen and Morrissey/The Smiths.
