As his career was fading I began to cheer for my older brother's favorite Dale Earnhardt, and then Dale Earnhardt, Jr. I never rooted against any of the Alabama gang, or Cale Yarborougho. Bobby was as good as anybody in any kind of racecar. Sheer talent on display and gift from God to have watched him. Beautiful tribute and build. Have fun with your toys!

Our big race...is Bathurst(mntn climb), and Peter Brock one of our legends. Personally...i luved wayne Gardiner....on 500 Bikes, as he powerslid around others,late into corners. Later he swapped to "touring Cars'......and very good there too !! ....another top Tribute.....all the best if busy at xmas,New Year. A mate from OZ.

I love how this one turned out !! Great job!! We where not able to watch them here when i was young, so now adays it‘s easyer. We have a luxemburgish driver in the European Nascar-series. Gil Linster. He made a huge result this year in the Arca series at the Daytona 200. he qualified and finished 7 at his first attemped in the US.

Our Knight Rider Go Kart ist also based on a 69 Charger. You can still see it in the rear area. I love this custom work, great job my friend. I always was a fan of the 69 Charger and the Superbird.

Thanks, Jack. I swapped some clear glass out of a regular Charger that I had, which fit the Charger 500. I make and print all of my decals. After sourcing all of the vintage sponsor logos on Google Images, I lay them out exactly as they are on the car. Then I resize them to fit the 1:64 model (trying to make a group of sponsors into one decal). Then I make a Ghost White image of that in exactly the same size, which goes down first. You need a special toner cartridge for that. Then the colour ones are applied on top. Long process but satisfying! There are special printers that do a white background print, all in one step, but that's waaaay out of my retirement budget! 🍁☕️🏁
Been life long fan of the Ala gand .my favorite d4ive4 was Davy Alison and his dad till davys death. Then became earhart and Terry labon8e fan . Because on my 18th bir5h day I met dale Sr on magodee creek in rock mount VA he talked to me as a person no airs or rudeness even gave me a tropical oj jug with 3 minnows that's what that want he said. I never even thought to ask for his autograph .
