President Carter was one of our greatest Presidents ever!
Unless you're brain damaged, there's no way you can actually believe that.
I am a very liberal person and Like Carter a lot. But you can't deny it is ironic he is flying to Reagan airport lol.
Well he got the past laugh - history has proofen him right and reagan has created basically all problems the us faces today - oh and thankfully jimmy carter is still alive and heslthy - but yea its pretty ironic😂
0:35 -- Jimmy Carter flying to Ronald Reagan airport. How poetic!
Foreal considering their infamous debate 😂
I disagree with alot that Jimmy Carter has done and said over the years...
But every time I see him I smile cause he just seems like the nicest old man!
Jimmy Carter a really love man between all Presidents, please help me Jimmy I'am illness and depression
I LOVE the fact that everyone on board (especially Carter) had to fly into RONALD REAGAN Airport. :-)
Very cool. I saw Jimmy Carter at the Salt Lake airport a few years ago making a connection to from one Delta flight to another.
Jimmy Carter is one of the most decent people ever to hold the office of president, or ever to be in politics at that....unfortunately he just wasn't that great of a president....I wish I could be on a flight with him, and sit next to him, I'd have so many questions to ask him! God bless Jimmy Carter and America!
Even the secret service agent looks like hes dressed for the 1970s
its pretty cool how he took the time to shake hands with all the pasengers onboard. what are the chances he was on ur flight. ha
What Airline were you on?
is it 757? beucase when I flew 757 there were in-seat monitors
Love the irony! I would've not thought about that had you not noted it!! :) Love irony!
wer was he sitin on the plane
@AgentPepsi1 lol that is funnny ass hell....thanks
@JeremyGafford how is southwest and delta so bad.
cool
@yoyoyoyoshua because it is ...lol at least in my opinion, do you work for them?
wow what an honour. and with a former president i dont think you would be as nervous.
Fair play to ya Jimmy boy!.....coming down the plane to say hello to the grunts
And in coach class too... How many Secret Service guys did he have with him, I one saw the one behind him with the earpiece...
Holy crap he looks old... He looked like a young man when i knew him as president...now I know I must be getting OLD !!! No wonder my joints and back hurts so much now a days..
Why's he flying commercial?
@Yellyist True...but in your opinion...Why did Ted Kennedy challenge him in 1980?
@Yellyist He did take a huge hit for health care. I agree with what you said though. I also respect him for that.
@JeremyGafford no but I've flown on both of them and had no problems.
Do your read? Try the title.
@Yellyist Ford never forgave Reagan...you are right about that...thats the reason Ford and Nixon didn't come to the Inauguration in '81 and '85
How old is him?
He’s 96 years old, and still kicking.
98
Can Jimmy Carter stay with us forever? Is that too much to ask 😢
HAha, I don't know about that, its been almost 30 years.
@norr4636 It's not Eisenhower who supported Marcos but LBJ. It was during the time of LBJ when Marcos came in to power in 1965. And it was during the time of Reagan, when he (Reagan) asked Marcos to step down in office to give way to Cory Aquino in the blodless coup't of 1986 or commonly called the People Power Revolution (EDSA I Revolution).
Tip ONeil goes on to say Ronald Reagan knew nothing about his own legislation on the hill, nor the contents. He would simply refer any question to his staff, or secretary in the Cabinet. He said Reagan wore tailored made suits, $1,500 a piece and would have made a wonder King, like King George of Great Britain. Reagan's staff carried the ball for him.
Here is a sensible guy
@Yellyist Carter is a good man and did some good things for this country...I'm also fair minded man. I'm from GA so I have no problem with Carter
@JRock005 State loyalty
Carter's from Georgia
Delta's HQ is in Georgia
@Yellyist Did you know the Reagans didn't invite the Carters back for thier Official Portrait ceremony, and had thier portraits hung before leaving because they treated the Bushes bad during the two terms.....This is from Mrs. Bush '41 memoir.
The Reagan’s were elitist snobs. Especially Nancy.
@@bradhampton6457 Who told you they were snobs? Media? Or personal experience?
うわフライト番号でしたか?
He was the best president.
oh yes, he is always flying Delta...I was on the same flight with him when he went from ATL - Paris ...that was way back in 2006....but apparently..he is always flying Delta
Greatest ex president of all time.
@text97 lol
love how you express: "replaced him with the devil himself Pinochet"
Excuse me!!!! When a former US president enters a room everybody stands up. Regardless if your a conservative or liberal you need to pay respect to the office.
They're on a plane dumbass! There's no room to do that.
@Yellyist True, but when the American Public sees what disasters they are causing, the voting will once again go in the other direction. It may take time, but they will see.
@Yellyist I was for Clinton also....I voted for President CLinton in '96 and too young to vote in '92
Why does saying it is wierd that he is not traveling on air force one imply non understanding of his being a president? It seems like that implies that person gets that he was and now has to travel "normal" Dale never said "I wonder if he ever flew on air force one" Stopp assuming you are a smart person and really look at the words on the screen 1x.
@Enslaved10 Not true...Former Vice President under the law signed by Truman and 1997 law under Clinton, their SS protections ends after serving in Office.
@norr4636 This is a true statment you've made I read Mrs. Bush account. This is typical of Nancy Reagen, she was vain, and small an elitist to say the least. Ronnie couldn't control her.
bet he misses air force one...lol....delta is almost as bad as southwest.hahah
@Yellyist This just say a whole lot for Presidents like Jerry Ford and Jimmy Carter, both should have been re-elected. The good people never are, what a shame!
His worst mistake was boycotting the Olympics in Moscow. Russians answered right back in our faces four years later in L.A. The Olympics were meant to be free from all political bunk. A time for world harmony - temporary though it may be - and not government statements.
To TrainSounds...The whistling in your ears is not from train sounds, rather it's the velocity and speed of the train that Carter rode out of D.C. on.
He was the best fence sitter.
billy carter would've made a better president
sucks for a former president to fly in economy ;)
Should rename to "Why Democrats Are AWSOME!!"
I like Jimmy Carter, he's friendly
@glory789 obama voted for bushes spending
i didnt like carter for his opinions on israel but he did seem like a nice guy
@Enslaved10 If you blame Reagan for high deficits, then you must blame the Democratic Congress for spending during his two terms in office, President's no matter what party can't spend money, Congress does. So Reagan can't take blame for deficits, or high crimes, because you can't legislate morality.
I flew with pres. Carter on the way down to kpbi for the carter weekend last February.
I doubt that this was just some random flight that he got on, his schedule is planed and the secret service needs to know where he is going. These people are probably part of the carter center or they won a prize to be on this flight. But I will say that he does indeed come to every person and shake there hand before you takeoff. Very genuine.
@Yellyist President Reagan created 23 million jobs, oversaw an economic boom in America. But you like to talk about deficits but you as a liberal believes in deficits to fund social programs and other govt programs favoite by the progressives...so your point on deficits is laughable. Even Reagan admitted he failed on the deficits...Sold weapons to Iran....Well that wasn't proven that he was directly involved and Americans held Reagan in high esteem even after the crisis.
President Carter was one of our greatest Presidents ever!
